Three night stay

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean, staff is excellent, comfortable bed, location and view are great. The only negative is that the walls are thin between the rooms - tv, conversation, etc, can be very disruptive.

Comfortable and convenient location

The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Lovely view from the back balcony. Convenient having a limited breakfast with coffee, juice, etc. available including yogurt, fruit, and granola. You were welcomed to take items back to your room. Staff was very friendly. We would return to this property without hesitation. It was conveniently located.

Loved the location

This was our fifth year in a row visiting Cape Cod but our first time here as we wanted to be closer to the ORV access roads. Perfect place for a quiet off the main road location. Very pet friendly with many pet relief areas and a fenced park for them to play. Beds were comfy. Clean room. All staff members were friendly and were very helpful and quick to respond when needed. The fridge was not cold when we first got in the room but they turn it down to conserve energy. Don’t crank it all the way!! A can of soda popped inside ours from freezing. I cleaned it up myself since it was my own fault. Ten minutes to P-town and the ORV beach access. Some walking trails as well lead to beautiful views. The only thing missing is having a place to do our laundry. We will return next year for sure.

Nice stay!

We booked the renewed room, and was really nice, clean, cozy and with a breathtaking view!! I suggest to book these rooms for a nice holiday. I would suggest, though, a little improvement in the breakfast that was not at the same level.

Plus un motel à grande échelle qu'un hôtel proprement dit l'emplacement est idéal pour aller à Provincetown Notre chambre avait une très jolie vue sur l'océan mais une route se trouvait au bas du complexe et il y avait du passage , pas trop gênant tout de même! La chambre était grande et confortable .`Le petit-déjeuner se prenait dans un bungalow proche de la réception .. Assez spartiate mais à volonté ( ustensiles en carton et plastique..). mais il est gratuit , compris dans le prix ...

The view makes the vacation

The view was incredible and the staff knowledgeable about local beaches and hikes. The breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh ripe grapefruit halves and yogurt with blueberries. But the location was what was truly remarkable. Loved being out of the bustle of provincetown but close enough to enjoy it for dinner and nightlife. Beds were comfortable and the pool was perfect on a hot sunny afternoon.

Very nice, Immaculate remodeled room, with lots of space and comfortable private porch overlooking the bay at a distance. Good bed and shower. Only thing needed was a window curtain in bathroom. I will definitely go again!
