Not so good. Brwakfast was awful, when i asjwd about fruit fir yoguart i was told there was a big group and there was no more. What happened to preparation?? I was put in a room outside the main building and was offered an in side room. I am an older women traveling alone!

Good place to sleep but first hotel that I've been to that you are not allowed to sit in the foyer area without the receptionist coming to ask why you are and asking if you're a guest there. Night shift clerk was very concerned about anyone who was in the common areas after 10 pm. Breakfast was provided but not always stocked withthing the one morning there was no Biscuits for Biscuits and gravy. There was guests that used English muffins instead because they were avaliable. The next morning the bacon was out as well as the apple juice. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows left more to be desired very soft and not supportive. Plenty of plugs and USB ports in the lamps to recharge electronics. Pool and Hottub were relaxing. Seems strange to enter the fitness room which is in the pool area with your room key which is necessary to use to access the pool area, very redundant. Plenty of Parking around the hotel. No elevator to access the second floor only stairs. If you're outside your room sitting in the foyer or on the patio the night receptionist will come ask you what you are doing and question you about being a guest ther even when you're staying multiple days. Never stayed anywhere else that guests were not allowed to be in the Lobby areas or patio before.

The lobby of the hotel was nice but actual room was accessed outside. It was much smaller and outdated compared to the photos online. The floor was filthy. Has not been swept in bathroom and by sink in a very long time. Can hear everything in rooms around you and hot tub was broken

This Best Western is immediately adjacent to Boise airport. I chose it as I had a very early morning flight. There is a walking path from the hotel to the airport, which takes about 5 minutes to walk. The hotel is a fine low-cost option if you need accommodations for an early morning flight option. The breakfast was fine and the internet worked. That said, it is not upscale. The room had several dated features. The front desk attendant when checking in was friendly, but when checking out was surly at best and very unfriendly at worst. There is no food within walking distance other than a convenience store at a nearby gas station. There was enough choice there for a takeout dinner. Again, a fine option for an airport accommodation for an early flight. Maybe not the best choice for a long stay to explore Boise.

We booked a king room. When we checked in we were told our room was on the second floor. When I asked about an elevator we were told they don’t have one. We told them my husband is disabled and can’t do the stairs so asked for a room on the first floor. They only have king sized beds on the second floor so we had to downgrade to a double queen and an outside room. If I had known no elevator I would have booked a different hotel.
