Don't stay here if you want to sleep well

Terrible beds and bedding for $350 per night. The king bed sounded like the coils were being cranked as you moved. Very uncomfortable and old. The pull out was a joke. Wrapped in plastic. Had to go get bedding. Got 50's style hospital blanket that was thin, old and rough. Bedding included a piece of felt that we thought was an extra layer. Turns out that was the mattress pad. Someone alert them that there's mattress pads that actually have elastic and fit a bed. It was fine if had been a $100. But for the price we paid, it was insane and outrageous (we paid $350 with tax). It didn't help that the person working was training (she was great, nice an fine to deal with) but the girl training her was so mean to her in front of customers. She was incredibly vile to the nice person in training. Not a good vibe or impression. Would never go back even though we've historically always stayed at Best Westerns and liked it.

The lady in the front desk was not helpful and very rude. The amount of money we had to spend for one night was ridiculous and they didn’t even provide a proper amount of shampoo and conditioner or towels. Was very unsatisfactory and would not stay here again

Love this place!!!

We always stay at this hotel when visiting family in Mesa bc it is clean, comfy and close to everything we need! The staff is always so kind and helpful as well. In addition, the beds and the pillows are so comfortable. I don’t think we’ll go anywhere else.

I stayed March 2-3. I reserved a king bed that had handicapped access for $140. The handycapped room had a standard tub with a removable chair. Access to the tub was difficult for me. The biggest problem was the checkin cost. The $140 turned into $396 with deposits i didn't know about beforhand. I'm ok with the $50 pet fee, but was very unhappy about $100 room deposit and apparently an additional cost for using a debit card.

Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating.

Cost too much for what you get.

Bedroom area was spacious. Having a refrigerator and microwave was a bonus. Beds were lumpy, pillows uncomfortable. Woke up both mornings with a headache and bad back pains because of the bed. Bathroom is extremely tight and not easy to maneuver in. The room needs major cosmetic updates. The per night price was too much for the quality of the room. Will not stay here again.

Aside from the sewage coming up from the bathtub and toilet in our room, it was also happing in the lobby bathroom. The staff did little to nothing to take care of or gain control of the problem. People were walking through overflowing bathrooms that were not blocked off in the lobby, then going to eat breakfast. They were told to use it, but don’t flush. When we asked how to take care of us not being able to shower or use the bathroom in our room, the front desk attendant, Laura, told us there was nothing she can do and we can use the MicDonald’s bathroom across the street. She was unwilling to even talk to us about what was going on and how we can move forward. I can understand having plumbing issues out of your control, but not having the courage to worth to talk your paying guests through the situation is outrageous. Worst experience of my life. I have never felt so gross leaving a hotel.

Will Not Be Returning

The rooms themselves we're ok, they were very clean and nice. The reason why I give it 2 stars is due to service and location. The service was pretty bad, I specifically booked this room because everywhere I looked it said 'pets welcome' yet as soon as I enter the lobby I am singled out by one of the lady's at the desk named Laura in front of everyone because I had brought my cat and that was 'gonna be a problem'. She continued to inform me that when they say 'pets welcome' they literally only mean dogs and 'for as long as she has been working in this business she has never seen a hotel allow cats'. I have stayed at hotels with my cat before, so I don't believe that is a universal experience. Then the location of the actual room is right by the McDonald's drive way and the speaker is VERY loud. The one upside of that was that there was a very enthusiastic McDonald's employee who was fun to listen to sometimes. Since I didn't get enough sleep during my stay I planned to check out late so I called to the desk and got the same woman from before who proceded to tell me that I would have to call back the next morning to ask for a late checkout. What's the point??? I wanted a late checkout so I could sleep in. All said and done I will not be staying here again.

Quick family trip

Traveling for a funeral. The hotel was a convenient location close to where the services were being held. It was nice and affordable for me and other family members that stayed there. The breakfast was good.
