It was good for the most part. The only bad thing was the cleaners took my socks and the hot water was always out. Besides that it wasn't too bad

Everything was pretty good except our tv did not work. I booked this room because my fiance and I wanted a kid free romantic adult night getaway, and it was not very relaxing having to sit in a room with no tv or radio or anything, just complete silence. Really ruined our night.

It’s definitely an old hotel that desperately needs upgrades. The beds were so old that the springs were non existent! Carpets need to be replaced or deep cleaned! Feet were black if you were barefoot. The toilet backed up after only going pee (and we don’t use a lot of toilet paper) when I went to the front desk they handed me towels to clean it up myself! When I asked for more towels because it was not enough to clean up the mess, they handed me an empty bucket and a mop! Nothing to actually clean the floors!! Also ended up with food poisoning when I ate their breakfast! It was the only meal I ate that day so I know it was their food!! The pool was closed because the heater was broken. And the washing machine was broken so I couldn’t even do laundry there. Would never stay there again.

Room was large and clean. Comfortable bed. Front desk service was unattended on arrival and slow to respond. Despite being a non-smoking property, guests in other rooms in our hallway were smoking heavily and this pervaded the hallway and our room.

Pretty typical. Eating area was clean — very important. Outside was acceptable for the weather but shoe buffers were filthy. Our room was in the back side, so our view was of items being moved out of a moving van into a storage trailer.

I'm not sure why this place has a bad reputation with the locals, as far as cleanliness. I thought it was outstanding, clean and good breakfast.

Room very clean but basic!! Refrigerator needs to be de-iced.Landscape needs to be cleaned and updated.Roofing fascia was missing in places, fascility needs to be painted upscale colors!! Theres no flowers or items of decor present. Hotel room window was wide open when we entered.Needed to locked and we were placed onto 2nd floor..There is no elevators and worry that seniors or disabled customers could use.. Overall...good for 1 nite stays!!
