If there was an option to give zero stars I would. We have stayed in hotels all over and in this area, and many Hiltons is this is by far the worst experience I have ever had, at a price tag of 1,200 for 3 nights.
First off, I booked through Hotels.com which was also a terrible experience; I booked (with pictures of the room) a family suit that was supposed to have bunk beds. When arriving at the hotel they said this room was not available (although I paid for it!) and that this was a hotels.com mistake that is often made. The hotel took zero accountability, and gave us a room we did not book instead.
In addition to the incorrect room, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, I am including pictures. The only thing the hotel staff offered for this was to have a maid come clean it…. Seriously ,isn’t that a given??? Absolutely ridiculous.
The restaurant. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. We waited two hours for a breakfast the first morning and were not even give water or coffee, and the only explanation we were give was that someone quit, again nothing else and no accountability from the hotel. We ordered room service 1 time and of course we waited and then received the wrong order. We then attempted to have dinner there the last, as we had been out all day and obviously count do room service since that turned out terrible; and low and behold we waited to be seated (the place was essentially empty) for 30 mins. , when someone finally came we got the s
