Hot tub, pool and fridge broken. Beds were hard.

The hot tub was broken and the pool was freezing. These two advertised amenities are why we chose this hotel. There was no discount offered or anything. Then the beds were hard and fridge in our room was broken. It was clean and the staff was nice. It’s not their fault. I will not be staying there next time we are in town, which is often.

Hotel was fine. Nothing special. No central AC in bathroom. So that made uncomfortable when getting ready. Front desk checkout lady was not wearing a bra and it was discusting seeing her that way. Other hotel help were smoking outside front doorway so it stunk when you walk outside.

When I booked (and I’ve checked to confirm) the room was supposed to be two queen sized beds, they were doubles, the bathroom was supposed to accommodate a large soaking tub with jets, it was a tiny tub. The ice machine downstairs was broken, front lobby door was stuck open. The people on the taco truck outside were rude so decided to go elsewhere. Breakfast was good

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean the only thing was the blinds was just for look so they dont close and their property light are very bright keep me awake all night long

We were treated so kindly and efficiently. Kingson and his employees were so gracious and upgraded our room upon arrival. Hotel was clean and new, and very quiet. We’d definitely stay here again❤️

We usually stay at this hotel with out a problem but this time the water pressure that’s usually a hit or miss was not good there was a cockroach in the bathroom and a insect on a wall in the room and the key card did not work the front desk lady was outside smoking when we got there and there was someone waiting on her and she came in after us then when I want back to tell her the keycard did not work she was back outside smoking already

Friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Beds are a little on the hard side. Besides that our stay was good.

We called ahead to let Comfort Inn know we Would be checking in late. Staff was polite. When we arrived, the night staff clerk was polite and welcoming. Our room was a large suite. They had turned on the air conditioners. Our room was very spacious. Three beds in one room. Bedding was clean, high quality and modern. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. It was quiet; we all slept well. Didn’t check out the breakfast, since we slept in and wanted to get back on the road. We will be staying here again on our way back home.
