Didn’t even get to stay lost out on 100$ just because the guy couldn’t add a guest cause apparently if your child is over the age of 5 they count as a “guest”

I will not stay there again. The place is old and needs a major renovation, not just the bare minimum of "lipstick" updates. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Great stay! Front desk was very accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean. I will stay here again next trip!

The room was newly remodeled and very nice, king size bed, disk with roller chair, big lounge chair with ottoman, frig & microwave. I would defiantly stay there again.

Beds were clean and comfortable, and the AC worked great for a hot day in Cedar City. The bathroom was in good working order but could use some updating.

8/10 Very good

Not Fancy, but a great location/good price.

Clean and comfortable. Simple breakfast included. It could use a renovation, but if you're not trying to impress anybody / yourself, it's a good value, and a location that's hard to beat. Walking distance to the Shakespeare Festival and downtown businesses.

Hotel looked dumpy in a bad part of town. Dirty. No one at lobby. Could not track manager

No frills hotel

Our room was comfortable, but could have been cleaner. The property is older, but the bathroom had been updated. We appreciated the fridge and microwave in our room.

The WORST hotel/experience in 50 yrs of traveling!

We did not stay at this hotel due to the deceptive practices of the owner and the deplorable condition of the assigned room. Upon arrival, the owner was absent, only appearing after a ten-minute wait and a direct phone call. He then processed a deposit – an amount significantly higher than deposits at three other hotels in the vicinity. Crucially, after securing my payment and ID, he informed me the original room was unavailable and was giving us a room with three king size beds. It was only after this transaction was complete that he revealed the room's "eco-friendly" feature: no toilet paper, only a bidet. This critical detail was never disclosed prior to booking or payment, and we would never have booked under such conditions. The room provided was entirely unsuitable: * It contained three king beds, crammed so tightly that less than a foot separated them, making movement nearly impossible. * A large refrigerator obstructed what little walking space remained. * The air conditioning unit had a broken on/off button, rendering it unusable. When confronted, the owner admitted no other rooms were available. We immediately decided not to stay. Despite acknowledging our position, he flatly refused a direct refund, directing us to Hotels.com. Hotels.com's subsequent attempt to secure our refund was rejected by the owner. This entire experience was highly unsatisfactory and costly due to the owner's misrepresentation and refusal to refund.

I really tried to make the best of it but to get our door to shut tightly and get the dead bolt to latch, I had to shove my body against the door and have my child push the lock over, the walls and bathroom were not clean. They would charge a fee if you called for housekeeping to come in.

Do yourself a favor. Stay somewhere else!

No service at all! They have 3 bells offered to ring for service but nobody will ever answer them. They advertise a full breakfast. That is a flat out lie. They simply offer a few carbs that can sit there for who knows how long. We will not ever stay there again and advise others to do the same. There are plenty of other locations close by if you want something inexpensive.
Blaine, 2-night trip

Cheap and not horrible, but really soft beds!

It was incredibly cheap, so I can’t really complain. The main interior was clean and the shower was hot. I could tell the owners (mom and pop) were working hard and doing their best, despite the older property. We didn’t use A/C since it was February. We didn’t try the breakfast as it didn’t look like much. The king bed was way too soft and flimsy for our liking. We felt the mattress maybe needed to be replaced, and as a couple, we didn’t sleep well since we could feel the other’s movements. You could hear some road noise even with the door closed, so I recommend earplugs. If you’re someone who sleeps easily and anywhere, you’ll be happy with this budget hotel!

Not Great

They should not advertise on Hotels.com. It was difficult to find .The outside appearance was Trashy looking . Inside the room several upgrades had been made. It was not what I expected . And the Continental Breakfast was just adequate . Nothing to shout about . No tissues in the room . Had to use toilet paper.

I made a reservation for Labor Day Weekend on Expedia, and when I arrived to check-in, the lady at the front desk asked me how many people will be staying. I told her 3 if you include my 3 year old daughter. She said the room I booked can only accommodate 2 people (1 King bed), and I told her I understand. I will pay the difference to upgrade to a room with 2 queen beds. She told me I need to make that change through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia, and the rep told me she was unable to make the change because the reservation is already “in progress”. I let the front desk know the Expedia rep can’t make the change, and she will have to do it. She told me, “Hold on, I need the other guy here to look at it.” The Expedia rep called the motel to explain to them they would need to update the reservation. The other man working the front desk that answered and did not give her a chance to explain, told her “no refunds, we’re fully booked” and hung up. They were not fully booked because two more people walked in while I was trying to sort this out and booked rooms with 2 queen beds. The Expedia rep called again and spoke to the woman this time. The woman told her there’s nothing she can do and to just send her an email. I asked the front desk lady again what I could do to reach a solution and get a room and she told me she couldn’t help me. I paid for a room for 2 nights and the hotel refused to let me check-in or upgrade my room even though I was willing to pay the difference.

Worst Place Ever

The service was terrible and the rooms looked horrendous, as well as they didn't supply toilet paper, shampoo or any necessities, I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

The location was in the center of town and close to restaurants and shopping. The property was very old and repairs were only surface level. Old flooring, old AC unit, new sink in bathroom but old mirror with stickers on it. Holes in the walls not repaired. Dirty walls. Not very clean. Black hair on walls, in shower, on hair dryer handle. Bathroom door could not be closed. Tiles missing on shower floor. Would not recommend this place.
