I loved everything about Casa Cordoba Estrella! My main concern for this trip was finding reliable transportation. And they exceeded my expectations! Their staff was extremely warm, friendly, and useful! I recommend this beautiful place 10000%! The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed having it in such a home/relaxing environment. Every area I passed by was clean and it was pleasing returning to such a warm place every day. I'm very thankful for finding this place for my first visit to Cartagena!

Nossa estadia foi linda! Estávamos no quarto térreo, o que me preocupou na hora da reserva, mas era muito silencioso, e tinha bastante privacidade, além disso, o mais importante, o quarto era sempre fresco por conta do ar condicionado. A arquitetura é linda, o café da manhã tem 1 tipo de prato por dia e o staff é ótimo. A localização é central e dá para fazer tudo a pé. Uma delícia se perder pelas ruas da cidade murada e no final estar perto do hotel.

Wow! Don't skip to property.

By pure chance we came across this property and what a find. Where to start? The location is perfect within the walled city and yet quiet, where you can't hear the street noises. The decor is like stepping inside a museum. The details all over the property, show a true attention for details. Don't miss their two story library adapted for business. The wifi is strong everywhere. There's an amazing rooftop pool and terrace with an amazing 360 view of the city and ocean; perfect for a sunset drink or kiss. The rooms are big and comfortable: beds are comfortable, ac works perfectly, bathrooms have big showers with strong water pressure and the temperature you prefer. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast is different and fresh everyday, with local flavors and incredible fruit. If you're lucky enough you can meet and chat with the owner, Monsieur Henry: he has incredible stories that will keep you entertained. Bonus fact: they have multiple properties, and we were lucky enough to visit their Baru private beach location too. There you can have a quiet and personalized experience with fresh seafood and water activities. Everything is oozing personality and not a cookie cutter mega resort. If I come back to Cartagena, I'll make it a point to come back here.

El hotel está muy bonito, muy bien cuidado, muy cómodo, el personal es muy amable, la ubicación es excelente para conocer Cartagena, todo lo recorres caminando y el hotel está muy bien ubicado. Te incluye el desayuno el cual es muy rico y sales listo para conocer la ciudad. Frente al hotel hay una casa de cambio de divisas y muy cerca tienes un supermercado. Viaje con mi familia, te sientes muy seguro con el control de acceso. Lo recomiendo al 100% no dejes pasar está joya de la ciudad de Cartagena

Excellent location

We had a night before and after our stay at Islas Rosarios. The hotel has an excellent location, in the heart of Cartagenas old town. The staff were friendly, and the rooms tidy and spacious. Breakfast was decent, although eating by a large table with all the other guests felt a bit strange. The roof top pool was nice and the temperature perfect, worth the stairs to get there!

Hermoso hotel, la casona es preciosa y la decoración muy adecuada. Realmente se siente el ambiente de estar en el Centro Histórico. Muy limpio, muy sabroso el desayuno. El personal muy servicial y amables. La piscina es pequeña pero muy agradable. El único inconveniente fue que nos tocó en el tercer piso y no hay elevador así que teníamos que subir demasiadas escaleras.

Highly recommend Casa Cordoba Estrella

Highly recommend Casa Cordoba Estrella. Went to Cartagena for a wedding and they made everything extremely easy. Checking in was easy and although I speak Spanish, they spoke great and clear English and were very helpful and informative. Free breakfast was way more than I expected including fresh juice, coffee, fruit bowl and eggs made to order. Room was clean and comfortable with my only issue being that the towels didnt smell clean but looked clean. Although I didnt use it, the pool on the rooftop looked clean and a great place to cool down from the heat with a nice view. Oh and the place felt very safe with their locked door and in a general safe area with lots of shops nearby
