The staff was absolutely fantastic - from Tatiana, Susana and Wendy from reception/administration - to Ébrim the bartender and the cleaning staff. While the rooms themselves are a little worn down, and the shower struggled to keep up the demand from guests for hot water, the peace, quiet and scenery along with the service more than made up for it.

Lovely staff and a well maintained property with nice vegetation. Small and intimate no more than 30 guests on the property with sufficient space to not be on top of anyone. Strange for it to be listed as 5 stars, based on amenities was probably 3. Only one liter of water for the extent of the stay then small bottles charged at 10k COP. Older buildings with no insulation means you can hear everything - your neighbors, local dogs barking, people walking on the decks below.

If you are looking for somewhere to go that is remote, quiet and peaceful this is the place. We swam in the ocean all day, and read books on the beach. It is a really beautiful property that has converted 3 houses to individual hotel units. It is not fancy but it is very relaxing. The access is very limited so be prepared to eat on site, the other reviews are accurate, the food does not come quick, but you can order in advance and set the time you would like to eat. The staff were very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nous étions au casa córdoba Barú du 12 fevrier au 17 fevrier 2026 et quelle déception cette hôtel est de catégorie 3 étoiles pas un 5 La nourriture spécialement le déjeuner est ce qui est des plus ordinaire toast sec œuf trop cuit pour le dîner choix très restreint mais le pire au souper sur les photos du site ont voit la chef ont ne la jamais vue et surprise ont demande pour un dessert la réponse il n’y a pas de dessert Maintenant pour les chambres très désuet aucun rangement pas de commode seulement un garde robe très petit on a du utiliser nos valises comme rangement maintenant pour ce qui est de la salle de bain aucun comptoir ou armoire pour vos produits , dans la chambre j’ai due moi même remettre la télé d’équerre le support était brisé maintenant pour la piscine et alentour le trottoir de bois est en très mauvaise état jai tombé me blessant au genoux, le contour de la piscine est très noir donc due pour changer la toile pour ce qui est des photos sur expédia montrant la mer eau cristalline oublier ça ce n’est pas le cas et si vous faite le tour de la propriété il manque d’entretien c’est pourquoi de notre côté nous considérons que cette hôtel nous donnons un 3 étoiles , elle ne vaut pas le prix demandé du tout . Très décevant
