Family-owned motel with two properties. We were upgraded to a guesthouse (converted large house) they own a few blocks away with a large, clean ensuite room with common full kitchen downstairs. Plenty of onstreet parking on a very quiet street. Owners were chatty and friendly, care about their guests. Reasonable price and good value. Right near the docks but about 3 miles to San Juan islands ferry terminal. Safeway and restaurants nearby. Cute little walkable town with lots of shops, seemed safe.

Our stay was perfect 2 blocks from downtown no noise rooms are xl large full size fridge freezer not far from Oak Harbor or Burlington the drive is beautiful the owner is wonderful would recommend we will be back next trip

Very friendly staff, wonderful location a block away from the historic downtown area, and a large room with nice amenities (two TVs, fridge, microwave). The property is somewhat dated, but clean, well maintained, and upgraded. Excellent value. Will stay there again. Highly recommended .

Great value. Friendly staff and helpful. Despite the late hour of our arrival, he quickly welcomed me into the office, asked about our needs, provided convenient parking instructions near the room he assigned us that was suitable for our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

If it weren't for the lady at the reception desk who was very polite, patient, and kind, this motel would have gotten a low rating from our stay. My wife got bitten by bed bugs on her arms and legs during our stay there, and although we like the place, your parking space could be better. You have the best access to pretty everything there, but the space is too small, making it feel like we rented a box! We drove a midsize SUV, which could barely fit in your parking lot. Another thing too, you have no ice machine, which would make you the first and only motel we had ever known to be that way. This is WA, folks! Not AK! Do you not have hot Summers there? This is barely Fall, and to think you have no ice machine for your guests is beyond us! We would never stay at your place again due to the bed bugs issues, but we thank the lady receptionist for your courtesy and professionalism. You are the reason why we didn't give your place a 1 star rating.
