Adequate hotel for a one-night stay.

The hotel service desk is across the street and this was not clearly labeled as after I parked, it was not clear how to get a key. Room itself was clean and comfortable and very basic. Overall, it was good value for a overnight stay on a road trip. It was priced less than almost all other options in Kenora but it was in the end the most expensive place we stayed in on our trip across northern Ontario.

Overpriced badly for amenities

The hotel was mis-represented on the website concerning price, because we booked and there were no other rooms available in town, ended up paying $225 (original price was $162) for a room you can get for less than $100 in any other town, was an old building renovated poorly, office was down the street in another building, wifi would not hook to the internet, would not recommend to any travellers

Just sleep in you vehicle

My and my two young children were woken up at 1 am to screaming and fighting, doors slamming, paper thin walls, small rooms, small beds. I would rather sleep in my truck next time before paying 170$ for this.

Property was not plowed, someone eventually came by but proceeded to plow us in. The keycards only worked the once and then not again. The phone didn't work, had use my cell phone to call rhe front desk about the clogged toilet. Definitely stayed a better places for way less $$

The room was very small. There wasn't a hair dryer. The internet kept cutting out. It was way overpriced.

The Inn was not lit and looked like it was closed. An Old sign taped to a door directed you to check in across the street. There were no amenities such as a restaurant. It was noisy with traffic noises and the voices of other people from their rooms. it was clean but very sparsely furnished with only a bed, a small table and two hard chairs and a TV hung on the wall.. No art on the walls. It wasn't very welcoming. Didn't know who I would contact if I needed extra towels etc..Not worth the price. I would describe it as a place you would only want to sleep a night and leave asap.The service attendant across the street gave me the news there was no restaurant and directed me to the restaurant next door which was very good and he also gave me two free bottles of water.

Sheets on bed were dirty with hair on them. Floor was dirty. Bathroom was clean though. People partying in hotel till 4am.

The room had not been cleaned at all. Food left unmade bed dirty. Needles around the area. Expensive. We did not stay.

The property was outdated way to close to highway. Noisy. It was not clear where to register sign in a door of another building other than hotel informed us to go to travel lodge to register. Pleasant staff during registration. Rooms were small difficult to regulate the heat.

There is no staff. Note on office door saying to check in at travel lodge across the street. This should have been noted in reservation. Address is incorrect, gps took us to a neighborhood. Patches on walls in bathroom, did not bother to paint. Stairs need handrails on both sides, and need to be sanded.

There was blood drops on bedsheet. The windows lock were broken. Small insects like spider was all over the room. Very disappointed. I have pictures of these.
