This was a great hotel, super easy for the airport, especially with the shuttle bus (I should know, I used it 3 times!!) Hotel was smart and clean. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinners were delicious, one morning the breakfast was a little under prepped, but this may have been as I was earlier than the pack. The shining star of this hotel, however, are the staff. They are absolutely amazing. I was unfortunate enough to have lost my passport just before I arrived at the hotel. The reception staff could not have been more helpful or kind. They went above and beyond, using their personal mobiles to help me contact various people, and speaking on my behalf, as my Spanish is limited. I only wish I'd actually noted down their names, as I'd love to name them individually. Please be aware, if you lose your passport and apply for a new one, it is quicker and easier to collect in person from the British Embassy, as couriered documents are not necessarily issue from the country in which you are in - mine was coming from Mexico and would have taken 3 days to arrive!

We stayed here on our way back and forth from our trip to Puerto natales. However the service could be lot better than what we expected it be for a marriot hotel to be. We were denied water/hotwater on the first night stay at this place forget about serving breakfast. On our way back we did receive, complimentary brkfst however with very limited options. Also the shuttle service & the dirver itself were great but instructions guven to them were terrible and due to lang barrier we had a huge differenceand were worried for a bit. Otherwise hotel itself was ok.

Do not stay at this hotel. This is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. The service was so bad at the restaurant and the quality of the food was super low. Also no internet the whole day!! I had reserved a king bed room and they didn't have one, so ended up in a queen size bed. Honestly really disappointed with the hotel.
