Good place for vacation but without a car. Even though they can provide free parking, actually all the park are always fulled from day and night. Also the road is very very narrow and crowded which make you cannot find a second to park the car. Once you blocked the road for parking / stop for only few seconds, people around you will start warning you and going to find the police to issued the penalty ticket. So you have to find the staff for help immediately otherwise you will not know what you can do.

Es waren kalte Tage in Lissabon und es wäre schön gewesen etwas mehr heizen zu können. Die 24/7 Servicenummer war bei der Ankunft micht besetzt.

This hotel was the worst one I've ever experienced with. My husband and I got room no. 1 which smells like a basement with full of molds. It was so painful to breathe in the room. Furthermore, the counter opens from 9 to 6. We arrived around 23:00 so we had no way to ask to change the room. The most unacceptable thing happened next morning. We were supposed to check in 9:00 the next morning. We had to wait for 1 hour because no one showed up. When we finally met a staff member and complained about the room, she offered us one available (but a bit more expensive) room. After 1 hour, the staff member called us saying that the owner wanted us to charge 20 euro per night for the new room (when we checked it online, the price difference was 5 euro per night). We wasted another 1 hour arguing about changing the room on the road. The staff member managed to offer a comparable room but we had to move our stuff twice on that day! The room no 1. should never been provided anyone. Even if I got money to stay in that room, I would never accept it. Paying for that money??, it is just nonsense.

We were not able to check in. The hotel was supposed to send a code for the keybox, but we never received such a message. Had to book another hotel as nobody answered the phone and the website of the hotel is down (has not been up for 2 days). A lot of hassle for nothing

Virkeligt hyggeligt sted, men uden aircondition, det gik fordi vi var der sent(september.) Men der flyver en del fly over stedet så åbne vinduer var ikke godt for søvnen...til gengæld var det en super venlig og serviceminded betjening i den lille reception. Tæt på metro.

Du charme mais ...

Mignon . Confortable sauf qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation et qu’il faisait 36 degrés dehors , et le wifi internet ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre . Il fallait aller davsckes parties communes . Sur hôtels.com le Check out est 14:00 mais sur place on dit que c’est 13:00 maxi

Hotel muito agradável, silencioso!

Fomos muito bem atendidos pela senhorita Daniela Assim com os demais funcionários , todos muito simpáticos e prestativos, nos dando todas as informações sobre transportes, lugares e etc.. A Daniela é de uma simpatia ímpar, vale muito a estadia no hotel, um pouco caro, mas valeu a pena!

Wir waren als Gruppe in diesem Hotel, 2 Zimmer 2 Personen. Die Zimmer haben 2 Etagen & sind super schön eingerichtet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur Empfehlen!

Hotel muy original y bien situado

Lo que más nos gustó fue la originalidad en el diseño moderno y el aprovechamiento del espacio. Nuestro apartamento de 2 plantas, la superior abuhardillada en algunos puntos del baño había que tener cuidado con la cabeza. Nos gustó la independencia al ser tipo villa, ya que en el patio común de entrada el acceso es con clave. Ha sido tal como lo esperábamos, las fotos son muy realistas. Lo peor, el aparcamiento, el lugar es de zona azul, aunque hay cerca, a un par de calles parking de pago (20€/día). Desayuno opcional por 10€/persona y día bastante completo, te lo traen a la habitación a la hora que acuerdes.

Cómodo y céntrico. Muy bien para unos días

Adoramos a estadia.

Excelente estadia, apartamento muito bem equipado e espaçoso. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Estavamos em lua de mel e ganhamos uma champagne e chocolates, fomos muito bem tratados. A localização é boa, proximo de restaurantes e transporte.

sehr gut gelegene Appartmentanlage mit Mängeln

Generell stimmte das angetroffene Objekt bzw. die offerierten Angebote in keinster Weise mit den Beschreibungen überein. Die Lobby war generell nicht besetzt, nur nach Anruf und erheblicher Wartezeit erschien eine Mitarbeiterin. Diese konnte jedoch teilweise nur Portugiesisch.Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und hatten das Appartement Nr.4 welches ein Hochbett hatte. Der Zugang war über eine sehr steile Leiter die kaum begehbar war. Der Abstand zwischen Bett und darüber liegender Decke betrug weniger als 1 Meter. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig wenn in dem darüberliegendden Appartement (Altbau Holzdecke) Gäste miIt Kind wohnen, die sich wie Elefanten bewegen. Das Badezimmer geht überhaupt nicht, extrem kleines Waschbecken in der Größe eines Suppentellers, Dusche im unteren Bereich voller Schimmel, beim Duschen lief Wasser aus und flutete den Wohnraum. Die absolute Kuppe:benutzte Duschhandtücher die zum Wechsel auf dem Boden lagen wurden vom Personal für "noch gut "bewertet und obwohl total feucht gefaltet und erneut zur Benutzung ins Bad gehängt. Alles in Allem auf den ersten Blick ansprechende Räumlichkeiten jedoch mit erheblichen Mängeln in der Funktionalität. Viel Dinge sind einfach total unpraktisch. Nach dem Vorfall mit den Handtüchern wurde uns das wesentlich größere Appartment Nr.1 für die letzte Nacht überlassen was uns aber auch nicht wirklich trösten konnte.
