Let’s see. Checked in and 5 mins later, somebody walks into our room. No apologies from the hotel even though the bell boy witnessed it. Had to call twice to get wifi in the room. 20 mins later they sent somebody’s stuff to our room. Next day - they don’t clean our room since they STILL think we’re somebody else that has requested no cleaning service. come back in the evening- loud, we’re pushed aside for their vip guest. The people are nice and trying their best, but there is something wrong with their processes.
Overpriced. Not smooth like typical Marriott.
