Rooms could use a bit more cleaning on doors and cabinetry, front desk & hall rugs needed vacuuming. Staff is friendly, breakfast buffet, on-site laundry, outdoor pool and fire pits are nice features. Close to shopping and eateries. Hotel offers a shuttle to near by casino.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. It was right next to drive thru Starbucks and also other places. Parking can get really crowded but theres always parking in the back of the hotel that hardly some people know about it. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The AC works great too especially the room that I was in. This is a great hotel to stay in if you’re doing a winery trip or casino. The casino is literally right across from the hotel, say 1 min drive away. If you staying for 2 nights and would like to get your room cleaned, make sure to tell the lobbyist that you need to get your room cleaned cause otherwise they won’t clean it , but they will come into the room and just take out the trash and that’s it. That was the only downside of the hotel. I had hoped they would told us upon checking in but I was not informed because I thought it wasn’t necessary to ask because of hotels policy about cleanliness. Anyways great hotel and the amenities in the hotel were all good.. the gym and the pool too good.

This property used to have one of the best breakfasts, frequently better than local cafes. Staying here was a great deal. This stay, not so much. The breakfast is much lower quality than what you find at many other hotels. I may not be staying here again.

We have been staying at Oxford Suites for the last few years. My wife travles here for work and stays here every other month working in Santa Rosa. We also travel here a few times a year to get away for a mini vacation. We like the convenience of the stores, restaurants and Grayton Casino. We arrived here on a Thursday for my Birthday to celebrate on Friday. Upon checking in which we arrived at 3:15 we were denined a 45 min early check in by a older gentleman. He told us their are no room available yet. Hard to believe no rooms were available on a Thursday at 3:15. So we waited for 20 min in the lobby and low and behold our room is ready. Sorry but i dont believe it one bit. So holding us back until 3:45 really did anything? stayed two nights and everything was always great as usual especially the morning Breakfeast. Price wise compared to other hotels around the area which we stayed at a few, are a bit cheaper but dont include the daily breakfeast or the managers bar reception. The last couple of times we stayed here we had to go the bar for our complimentary cocktails rather than the big t.v room adjacent to the bar. The girl working at the bar seems a bit agitated at times to have to pour complimentary cocktails. We wanted vodka drinks on Thursday and Friday and she told us no vodka on both days. Seems impossible being in a bar with a alcohol that is widely mixed to make certain drinks. Never had a problem in the big T.V room where they would always have choices.
