Limpeza do hotel excelente. Foram muito caprichosos e sempre trocavam todos os itens do café, como água, chá, açúcar… além da excelente localização pois fica bem no centro de Victoria Falls.

Was very thankful for the hotel clerk. Got us in right away. Had two of the guys help carry our luggage up the stairs being there was no elevator. Hotel clerk was able to get some change from American money so I could give a tip for the guys. Helpful in letting us know about breakfast. Wonderful room and stay with them. Food and shops right across the street within walking distance.

Nice hotel, and very conveniently located to the falls. We got up at dawn and it was only a 10 minute walk so we had the falls to ourselves as the sun was rising. The rooms were basic but clean and it is walking distance from several good restaurants. Only downside was there was loud music from the bar across the street until midnight, but we just wore earplugs and it was no big deal.

I had a great stay. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly including quickly providing an electrical extn cable I needed for my room. Housekeeping staff did a super job cleaning and replenishing my room supplies each day too - much appreciated.

Breakfast is not included along with the room. One needs to purchase the breakfast at the hotel with prices ranging fro $7 usd to $10. Coffee $3. Basic breakfast. No buffet food.

Budget hotel in great location. Standard room is very small but larger rooms are available. Breakfast is available. Staff try very hard but sometimes overwhelmed. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Represents excellent value for money but don't expect luxury. This is our second stay and would definitely stay again, in a superior room.

Room was clean, towels could have been in better condition. Size of room could have been larger. Aircon was good and kept room comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Staff were able to answer all questions we asked. No restaurant on site but 2 very close by within 120 metres. So walkable. Beware breakfast is not included if booked on the internet. Has to be booked direct for breakfast to be included.

Pas d'ascenseur... même si une personne a monté nos valises.... aucune aide pour descendre 2 étages Pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner Cher à la carte 2 chambres réservés en même temps il y a plusieurs mois = une au 1er et une au 2ème.. pourquoi ? Seul point positif : un restaurant extérieur bon et pas trop cher (pour le Zimbabwe)
