We got upgraded to a bigger than normal room. The views out of the windows were great. The hotel sits at the top of a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. It is a very short walk to the downtown. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is very good.

Great two night stay in a park view room on the 6th floor. Clean and comfortable in a great location to walk to town. Nice view from the living room area with views of the lighthouse and sunsets. A short walk to the park and stairs leading to the beach and fountain/carousel area. Train tracks also near the fountain area. Did not hear any trains during the night with last train around 9:30PM so was not an issue. Included continental breakfast was okay. Would stay here again.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever been in. The room was large and had the most comfortable bed. The location was wonderful because we could walk to all the shops and restaurants. The complimentary Continental breakfast was also very good with alot of selections. We loved the hotel and area so much we didn't want to leave.

We stayed one night as we were visiting the coast on our way to Chicago. This was booked following reviews that appeared on Hotels.com and whilst the hotel was adequate we felt that our experience did not match up with what other people have said. The overall area appeared to be geared towards families although we were there in mid April most things were shut. The overall feel of the hotel was average. We stayed in a suite with a view of the car park. In room tea coffee was available although paper cups which was a little surprising for the grade of hotel. The in house restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday and Monday this was not mentioned on the website and the only food available was from a snack shop with limited stock. Breakfast was continental but again tea and coffee was available using the same sort of paper cups cutlery was plastic. The website suggests breakfast is top rated not quite sure how. You are left with the impression that it was overpriced and not really worth the money we paid.

We had a great stay, room was clean plenty of towels. Continental breakfast was new from last years stay but no gf or protein options, Skye was gracious:) front desk staff was helpful. We love the location, views and how close we are to the shops and restaurants when we stay at The Boulevard. Making plans for next year and a summer girls trip :)

Great location in St. Joseph! Fantastic room at a great rate for the off season. The breakfast was most of the usual fare but was lacking in protein options one of the days. We had an excellent dinner at the Bistro.
