The staff were excellent.
The pool was poorly used because the water was too cold. It was also disappointing that the hottub was out of commission.

Hotel was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful when we arrived. The negative part would have been a very limited Buffet in the morning.

A/c was not working. We followed the directions in the room and had a very hot night. We mentioned to the hotel staff the next morning and were told oh no, it’s not working it just blows heat. Would have been nice to know when we checked in. Hot tub was still broken four months after our last stay. Ice machines were not working. No hot water at night, only in the morning.
Vastly different stay from our last time. I’m thinking some of the rooms have been renovated and others have not. But likely won’t be booking here again.

Front desk was lovely. The room was good, the temperature controls were very good. The linoleum in the bathroom is coming up and i suspect mold is forming. The restaurant staff needs more training.
