The chairs in the lobby need to be DEEP cleaned or replaced; filthy and small trash can overflowing. Continental breakfast was a choice between cereal and toaster waffles...no fruit or yogurt, and juice machine out of order. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

If you are out of state spend the extra money and stay somewhere nice..drug hotels, lots of activity drug deals in parking lot wouldn't recommend... the locals at family dollar next door told us hotel had bed bugs so gross super disappointed that this even can up on hotels. Com

Bath tub was stained. Spider web with spider in corner by lamp. Something had spilled on the lobby floor and wasn’t cleaned up. Light wasn’t on in breakfast room so wasn’t sure if going but was just two cold cereals and some bread and frozen waffles. Desk employee wasn’t at desk upon check-in, took a couple ringing of the “bell” before they came. Parking was close. Employee was nice.

The room wasn’t exactly dirty, but the tub and sink were stained brown, the floors were clean, I think, but whoever painted cared very little about the dripping of paint all of the flooring. The bedding was soft and mattress comfort was average. The rooms are NOT sound proof, as I could hear a mother scolding her kid in the room across the hall with both of our doors closed. The biggest mention goes out to waking up early to take a shower only to realize my shower head flashes beautiful lights while it’s delivering your water. Woke me right up!

I don't like to do bad reviews but I had to in this one. No one is at the front desk and there's a permanent sign taped tp the counter to saying no one is available and to call the number on the sign. There was a doorbell next to the sign so I pushed it and someone did come out from the back and checked me in. The room was clean but the whole hotel including the room had an old worn out feel to it. The fridge had standing water in the freezer compartment and the temperature dial was missing. It looked like it had been missing for a while. Finally the TV remote was missing from the room. After a 10 hour drive I didn't have the patience to hunt down the staff to get another room. I decided to go to another hotel. To be fair to the staff they didn't have the opportunity to correct my concerns and it was my choice to forgo the money I paid for the stay. I'm sure they would have tried to help. I just didn't ask for it.

When we approached the property the trash cans were full and garbage on the ground. The lobby had not been swept there was dirt and debris on the ground. The receptionist was not informative about the location of room and where we were to park for easy access. When we walked up the stairs to our room the hall way looked not vacuumed in a year. When we entered hotel room it was hot , the floor was gross, and there was tape on the air conditioner. I told the receptionist that we refuse to stay there because of the lake of cleansing of the hotel. She offered us another room , but I feared it would look the same way. They refused to refund my money. So they need to refund me since we didn’t stay ir I will take them to court .

Quick check in and out. The breakfast was good and the workers were very attentive, friendly and available when needed. Highly recommend if you are visiting Alliance Nebraska.

Very Nice Staff

My stay was good; was in town for a couple days for some family reasons and the staff was SUPER nice. Room had everything I needed. There was some other very loud, disruptive guests and some street racers outside around 10pm but other than that it was still good and I would probably stay again.
