Our stay was good. The staff was very nice! The room was adequate and we felt quite secure. Ratings on cleanliness were slightly overrated. Our room could have used a thorough cleaning. Still for the price, we thought it worked out fine. The pool was closed for the season so we could not rate this point. This hotel is located in a convenient spot not far from restaurants and the popular Whiskey Row. You’ll want to have a vehicle to get around.

Well, it is a little bit more of a "motel" then inn. A little bit run down. However with my child having a sports competition and my reluctance to drive the I-17 in the dark, I just needed a decent, cleanly place to shower and rest my head. And that is what it was. Quiet and convenient. A few things could help - new beds, interior bolt on doors, nicer toiletries besides a bar of soap. Would stay again.

I had never been there, although I had been to that area of Prescott many times. It was a small, old.motel built when the old highway 89 was more used. But the restoration was good. My unit.waa very clean, plush towels, loved the lighted mirror, the heater/cooler unit actually did do whar i requested and arrived at the temp I set it at. Bed very comfortable. Very quiet.
