The staff are super helpful and fantastic to deal with. We had some family issues that made our stay difficult, but the team were understanding and have been able to cater for our out of ordinary needs to make our stay possible. Can't say enough about the management and staff, they are awesome

Expected a little more , Also the Unit we stayed in had a Strange noise which sounded like water dripping , and it was hard to ignore , had to run the Air con to mask the noise . Been to better places.!!

March Long Weekend I have to give them credit for servicing such a large volume of rooms, but overall the communication strategy was very poor for the user. The wifi, I had to go & ask at the desk, it hardly even got to 1 bar, and couldn't run the email without failing. The switches near the bed aren't labelled, they operate lights and the heater (great when its 32 degrees) and a tiny sign I found on the 3rd day telling me this on the heater. And here was wondering why the air conditioning wasn't working so well. No book to reference, no website to visit, and adults only great, unless you get 6 redneck late teens intending to party either side of your room. Overall, for what was charged, a really disappointing experience. But in the establishment's defence, outside a long weekend, I'm sure a couple would have a wonderful time, as the rooms are appointed to suit a very enjoyable couples experience.

I’ve been coming here every year for the last four years and honestly can’t fault it. The rooms are super comfy, spotless, and really spacious. The location’s great too — close to everything but still nice and quiet. The hosts are always friendly and make sure everything’s perfect for your stay. It really feels like a home away from home. I keep coming back because it’s just that good. Highly recommend!

It’s a lovely quiet location, the beds are super comfortable and the pool was a delightful respite on a hot day.. What could be improved?? Cleaning down the sides of the couch would be a good idea (which would have netted the cleaner a couple of extra dollars if they had done so) …The Spa service flier in the room was a poorly photocopied A4 piece of paper and the A5 booklet had food stuck on one of the pages, simple upgrades, cleaning and professional printing would make it so much more enticing… a couple of the pool lounges had missing nuts in the uprights that they fell out and couldn’t be used properly,, the actual plunge spas indoors didn’t work when the button was pressed and the pool could be skimmed more often to remove plant debris… I have stayed several times and will do again at the Madison Spa Resort, but small simple upgrades and attention to detail would make it all so much better and a real go to destination..

Property manual made it easier for us to know where to dine and what services are available in the area Loved the spa in the room and the beds were so comfortable.
