Great location

Overall beautiful place! Our room was so hot it was unbearable. The AC was on all night but it only blew warm air. The pillows were also not great. Everything else was wonderful, great staff, room was clean, great location. I just wish I could have slept.

One bedroom suite

The stay was good. Hotel is nice. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and we booked a one bedroom suite. We were a bit disappointed to find that the dishwasher in our room had been left full of dirty dishes from the previous guests. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Meh. Too many issues

I had my 97 yo mother in a wheelchair. There was no button to push from parking garage into elevators and no wheelchair parking near the door. Made it quite difficult to get in A blue mountain white pick up truck backed up from 0641h to 0650h with the back up beeper- waking us up. There is a 50 db noise like water in the wall of the kitchen that was annoying. The door to the suite banged back and forth with air pressure The couch visions are so puffy it’s hard to sit on the couch- it isn’t deep enough. There was no sheet pan to cook my pizza on and had to use the lid of the pot. So, other than not getting much sleep and having difficulty getting in And out and being uncomfortable….

Disappointing

After an hour and a half wait to check in, We were given keys to our room. Went all the way up to the fourth floor only to find the key not working. Back down to the lobby to get another key, back up to the room only to get the same result. On the THIRD time I asked to speak to a front desk manger and was assigned another room. Keys worked finally. We went out the next day to come back and find out that housekeeping hot not been in for turndown service, had to remake the bed ourselves. Before that I ran into a housekeeper and asked for a simple once over and to remake the bed….i was told not her problem and to call the front desk. Every hallway, with the exception of the front lobby and ironically the stairwell, had litter on the floors. It looked like the hallways weren’t vacuumed properly in some time. Our room was clean and pleasant (once we got one) so there was no issue there. I expected more from this property, and it will be hard not to look elsewhere if we choose to come back.

No complimentary parking is an issue. That's not convenient to transport the luggages from the main building to another building. It needs to go thru the underground parking or go outside and walk thru to another building. Its really inconvenience and unsafe.
