First time ever writing a review as I hope the hotel owners/mgmt will read this. Overall, incredible views and very decent pool areas, along with easy and useful (stone/rock) beach/ocean access. Room was decent, and the personel did their cleaning jobs well and early in the day. The hotel brands itself as a five-star hotel, which is just not the case. We had breakfast once, and that was one time too many, same goes for lunch. Un-eatable food. However, when paying the final bill, they had charged us for 3 x breakfast, until we corrected the bill. Mistakes happen, but you know.. The hotel is running a strange frugal strategy when it comes to towels. You get two with you upon arrival, and you are not able to get new, unless you ask for it in the reception; then they started to place towels near the pool area, but the bar staff and reception staff would go out of their way to demand that you would leave the towels in the reception area, even when we were just approaching the upstairs pool. This included my girlfriend having to strip down to her bikini in the reception, for the sake of the towel strategy - so strange at an ocean/pool hotel. There has to be an abundance of towels, and we are happy to pay for that. Ran out of toiletpaper twice. I run Airbnb units for a living, and I have never offered this to any guest. Check-in process took 30 minutes. However, the room was ready ahead of time! There is not a real gym, if you want a proper workout. A/C broke during our stay.

Excellent. Would be nice if the spa opened a little earlier and closed a bit later as time there is limited. The new area on the roof makes the previous quieter rooftop pool area quite busy which is a bit of a pain. Staff are really nice. Relaxed atmosphere is great. Room cleaners etc great. Breakfast and food stunning.

L'endroit est idéal et bien aménagé en bord de côte, très tranquille.L'hôtel est propre, bien tenu.Deux choses viennent assombrir le tableau : l'attitude du personnel est correcte, tant à l'accueil qu'en salle.Par contre au service buffet, on se demande ce qui se passe, entre les têtes baissées de certains cuisiniers qui ne vous regardent pas, fuient la relation (ce qui a pour conséquence pour celui à la plancha, avec un écarteur d'oreille, de TOUJOURS se tromper dans la restitution à l'assiette de ce que vous venez juste de lui commander). C'est très désagréable et crée des quiproquos gênants entre les clients. On se demande ce qui empêche ce personnel de cuisine à communiquer et être plus souriant?Ont ils des consignes, ont ils peur de consignes données par la direction ? Ou évitent ils le contact car ils ne parlent rien du tout, ni anglais, ni français, ni allemand!Un peu de formation de base linguistique les rendrait peut-être plus à l'aise?Il en est de même avec le personnel de salle, par contre très aimable mais dont certains parlent très peu d'anglais, ne connaissent pas un nécessaire vocabulaire de base.De la formation de base pour eux SVP !Le gros problème reste la qualité culinaire des repas. Si le petit déjeuner reste varié et correct,celui ci ne demandant pas d'élaboration culinaire,le dîner est passable.Les soupes et sauces ne sont ni odorantes ni goutues, ni liées, les desserts élaborés avec des préparations en poudre ! Presque tout est congelé ! Un vrai gâchis!

Ein tolles Hotel, ein wenig abgelegen vom Trubel und toll zum erholen. Etwa 20 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptstrand entfernt, aber dafür wunderbar ruhig. Es gibt eine kleine Bucht direkt vor dem Hotel mit Meerzugang. Viele Mitarbeiter sprechen deutsch und der Service war wirklich gut. Mietautos werden direkt im Hotel angeboten für 70€ pro Tag. Weniger wenn man mehrere Tage bucht. Das Frühstück war wirklich toll und auch das Abendessen war super(teils Buffet, teil frisch zubereitete Sachen). Die Pools sind mit Meerwasser und schön sauber! Wirklich zu empfehlen!

The location is wonderful. Nice view and is good for snorkeling. The staff is very helpful. The only issue is about the basin in the bathroom. It is really too small.

Dejlige omgivelser - dårlig service mv.

Dejligt hotel som har en dejlig beliggenhed. Skøn morgenmad terrasse og lækre pool områder. Men ingen p-pladser (kun på en jord parkeringsplads med så store huller, 50 cm. så bilerne bliver ødelagt ) og hotellet opkræver 15 euro for parkering på deres område pr. dag. Helt uacceptabelt ! Morgenmaden er dårlig ift. prisen på hotellet. Ærgerligt - dejligt hotel med flot beliggenhed men alt for dårlig service, parkering og måltider. For dyrt til prisen.

Good but could be better

The +: Very nice room (junior suite) with fantastic view. Lovely staff, nice pools and super location. The -: 1) Paid for four nights half board but first night the restaurants were closed. Got a very small plate with some salad leaves, onions, 2 thin slices of ham and potato salad and a had piece of bread. They had no other food. Reimbursed me 10 Euros on my bill with indication: did not like the food... Who would? 2) No background music all (nither in the bars nor in the restaurants, not even in the reception, very noisy main restaurant with terrible lights inside (bring your sun glasses even at night). Hotel in my view is totally understaffed.

The property is beautiful. Not the friendliest staff at the front desk or restaurants but the pool bartender was great. The rooms are okay with beautiful patios. Pools and exterior areas are awesome! NO AMEX which was disapointing.

4* View, experience a little more Ryanair

There’s no denying it, the location is amazing. If you get a room with a sea view, it’s beautiful. Our room was spacious and well presented. The balcony was large and had a fantastic view out over the sea. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. Overall staff were good, some were excellent, others not so much. The hotel seemed understaffed for August which was a shame as this took away from the hospitality one would expect. Breakfast was ok, but not worth paying extra for if you have a car. I suggest having it once for the view. It lacked organisation which frustrated guests first thing in the morning when they were trying to find a table; which was unpleasant. Views from the breakfast area were great. Despite being a 4* hotel the experience felt somewhat more Ryanair. Everything was extra, despite the relatively high prices for the rooms. This took away the luxury feeling. Factor parking into your budget at €15/day, don’t park in the car park up the road unless you want to risk damaging your car. Beware the Nespresso pods in the room, these aren’t a nice comfort, they will charge you extra if you use them (the milk too). Some staff lacked the hospitable nature one would expect in a 4* hotel. The view is great here, but hospitality, comfort and luxury were lacking and left us disappointed. We stayed for 6 nights. Two nights would have been sufficient.

Magnifique endroit avec piscine terrasse en hauteur dans les jardins superbe . Buffet moyen . Nous avions modifié notre reservation par telephone avec une personne supplementaire 2 nuits et le prix annoncé en supplement par telephone n'etait pas du tout ce qu'ils nous ont reclamé a notre depart . Le chek out fut donc long et "douloureux"

Beautifully situated with clean and nice rooms

This is a beautifully situated hotel, close to Palma, in a little bay, with a private beach on the cliffs just a few steps diwn from the hotel. The water in the bay was crystal clear, perfect for snorkling, stsnd up paddle, swimming etc. Surrounding is very clean. The pictures of the rooms 100% matched reality. Breakfast restaurant is beautiful with a very nice view on the bay. Choices at the breakfast were very satisfactory. For future guest, do pay attention to what is included in the price for the room (whether breakfast and parking is, for example). Disappointments can be avoided that way. In brief, we loved our stay and recommend it warmly.

This is such a wonderful property. This is my second visit, and actually this trip I have also extended by one week. I love the neighbourhood, the beautiful pools, and also the beach at the bottom of the driveway of the hotel. Such an easy holiday with beautiful views amongst nature in the sun.

Had a wonderful holiday! The adult pool area is really nice and relaxing. My favourite was the Bali sun launches. Had a room with a side sea view, was slightly dated but didn’t mind as the view was lovely over the pool and sea. There are nicer rooms available at the hotel but I didn’t mind. Food choice wasn’t huge but they had everything what was needed and it’s tasted really good. Staff very friendly. Location nice overlooking the sea. If going for breakfast only there are other restaurants to eat for dinner. No supermarket near by though if you have no car. Over all very nice and super relaxing holiday!

Smukt og roligt

Super fint hotel, smuk udsigt og god plads. Poolområde er super for Adults only. Restaurant fungerer mest som fuldpension, så det er ikke særlig spændende at spise a la carte og køkken lukker tidligt. Dårlige parkeringsforhold i området, med mindre man betaler 20€ pr døgn på hotellet…og man skal betale for alle dage uanset.

Ein tolles Hotel um einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Sehr moderne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Der Service ist sehr freundlich zurückhaltend und dennoch zuvorkommend.
