Staff was extremely nice BUT This place look more like a MOTEL. The weed smell all over was terrible. The emergency door in the 4 floor was block with a fridge. Elevator very old . Fridge smells like cigarrate. The toilet was leaking. But the pic no match with the real hotel.

I understand management isn't responsible for snow. That being said, this was the worst stay I have ever had. No salt, no kitty litter, no dirt, nothing. I was stick several times. The management has over a WEEK to prepare for this. There were so many people upset, screaming and yelling coming from their windows because people were stuck and couldn't get anywhere. Awful establishment.

El día que llegamos la persona de recepción nos dijo que si queríamos podíamos pagar una tarifa extra de limpieza diaria en la cual sacaban incluso la basura, aceptamos y a los tres días nadie nos había echo la limpieza, fuimos a preguntar porque no lo hacían y les indicamos del pago que realizamos, entonces nos indicaron que no había ese servicio que habláramos con el encargado que no estaba ese momento y que el iba ha realizar el retorno de nuestro pago, cuando fuimos otro día, estaba la misma persona que nos cobró el día que llegamos al check in y ella le indicó algo al supuestamente encargado y él dijo que ese era el cargo por tener toallas limpias. Pero eso no fue lo que nos dijeron en recepción cuando nos cobraron ese valor; y aparte la persona del check-in se equivocó haciéndome un cargo en la tarjeta de crédito y dijo que no se hizo pero mi banco si lo registro El personal no es nada amable, la única persona que realmente nos ayudó y buscó la manera de solucionar los inconvenientes fue la señora de recepción que estaba desde las 6 de la tarde ella incluso nos iba ayudar cambiando la habitación porque en la que estábamos parecía que algo se habría descompuesto en la refrigeradora y olía fatal a podrido, pero no pudimos cambiarnos ya que estábamos con dos niños, era muy complicado y noche. Otro cosa en contra el ascensor no funcionaba y todo el tiempo tuvimos que usar las gradas , en las salidas de las gradas había gente fumando. Realmente no fue nada agradable.

Missed communication on a high level, bad customer service, the lady that was on the counter on 12/31 in the morning miss treated customer arguing and not assisting in the proper way,the place is not what you see on the pictures, poor cleaning, dog are barking the whole night, a lot of noise the whole night👎👎👎 we book a room and it ended up that not body contact us to let us know about the issue and the almost didn’t offer a new room 👎

Before check in , someone at the hotel called and asked what time I would check in. Told her that I would check in after midnight probably 12:30am. She said that she needed to charge at 10:00 pm to my credit card and all I do is just call the front desk upon my arrival so the on call guy would let me check in. Around 12:30 am, I called the front desk and waited to be checked in. About 15min of waiting at the door, someone came to me and said that I needed to speak someone as he switched his phone on speaker phone mode. Then he asked me to speak to someone on the line. The person who was on the line told me that I cancelled my reservation this afternoon and my card transaction was declined in a very overbearing tone. I told him you are not talking to the same guy because I have never talked to you about my reservations and never gave my credit card number to you as I showed my receipt and reservation from Expedia to the on call guy standing right next to me. Then he said “ I will let you stay but you have to give your credit card and ID to the on call person and will get you back once you check out in the morning “ I could not believe what I was hearing. I composed myself again and told him that my reservation is booked and paid. He said that he would come to the hotel as I was stayed at the check in office 30min. A minute later , on call guy abruptly brought check in paper which has my name on it along with room cards. Then he called the manager not to come. And he apologized
