Lugar sujo e fedido. O fedor de cigarro é em toda a parte. Uma barulheira a madrugada todaa por conta do restaurante que funciona la dentro. Um fedor de comida e óleo velho na cozinha. Em termos de localização para quem vai para algum evento no MorumBIS é excelente, pois fica a 5 minutos a pé. Porém, pelo menos o quarto que peguei, com um mal cheiro horrível no banheiro, toalha de banho é melhor trazer a sua, pois a que me deram sem comentários. Além disso, o quarto ficava em frente a cozinha, barulho a noite e piso escorregadio de gordura. Lamentável, pois o pessoa que fica no atendimento foi muito simpática e receptiva, indicando alguns locais para tomar café da manhã.
