It was a great experience, we went for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was beautiful the views were amazing, the rooms and staff were lovely. I would recommend staying here when you get the chance

The hotel is close to everything, one block from Vons grocery so very convenient for walking. The hotel is old and rooms need a remodel. Bathroom was old and dirty (hair on floor, dirty toilet) and the tub didn’t drain well. The towels were very scratchy. The mattress needs to be replaced. My husband and I felt like we were rolling into a “hole” in the middle. Every time one of us moved to try and get comfortable the whole bed shook. Did not sleep well despite the hotel being quiet. We tried to watch the TV but none of the streaming options (Netflix, Disney +, etc..) had a strong enough WiFi signal to play a movie. Tried to watch the “regular” channels but only two of those channels had a good enough connection to play the show. Since there isn’t much of a night life on the Island it was a bummer that the TV didn’t work. Glad we were only here for one night and most likely will stay somewhere else if we visit the island again.

First impression as we walked up to the hotel was that it was a cute, pink vintage hotel. The inside was very clean and the staff was friendly. I would have given it a 5/5 if the people in the room next to ours didn’t ruin my night. After a long day of travel and walking around the beautiful island, we were exhausted and wanted to shower, relax and get to bed early since we had to wake up early to catch the boat first thing in the morning. Well the people in the room next to us 406 to be exact, were smoking weed and listening to music super loud. Idk how no one in the hotel noticed the strong smell and the loud music. It is an older hotel so the walls are thin ( you can hear everything). I wanted to complain but I was so exhausted that I didn’t have it in me. For this reason I would not return. They have a no smoking policy but clearly people don’t follow rules. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much if our room didn’t smell as if we were the ones smoking. Another thing the AC unit did not work so we slept in a stuffy room that reeked of marijuana.

Appreciated the convenient location, beautiful beach and wonderful, helpful staff all around. Had some difficulties beyond their control with power outages and a scary elevator moment plus noise from construction nearby so it wasn’t as quiet as we’d hoped but again, beyond anyone’s control. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, large rooms and very clean. The staff/service negatively affected my review and my stay. Very unfriendly, unwilling to help, would not consider a 30 minute late checkout. The experience could have been much better had the staff been friendlier and more helpful. Coffee maker in the room would also be a huge improvement. View from 6th floor patio was very nice, however the door was still locked at 7am so I was not able to watch the sunrise .
