주차장은 협소하지만 건물앞에 주차할 수 있는 주차장외공간이 있어서 괜찮았아요. 객실은 넓었고, 커튼이나 벽지 이런게 깔끔하진 않았아요. 3인 가족이 묵기에는 적당히 괜찮았지만, 다른 방에서 의자끄는 소음이 좀 심했어요.

주의 요망. 평소에 업무상 지방출장이 자은데 이런경우는 처음 접해봄. 시설노후는 문제 아님. 화장실 문짝은 떨어져 나갔고 샤워실 문도 고장나서 닫히지 않음. 세면대 화장대는 조명 고장으로 어둡고, 아래층에서 피운 담배 냄세는 그대로 위층 화장실과 방으로 들어옴. 이야기해도 조치없음. 시트는 얼마나 사용한건지 오래되어 누리끼리한게 꺼림칙하기만 함. 그런데도 인근에서 비싼 호텔에 속해서 사진만으로 방문객을 현혹시킨다. 이정도면 군산에서 모텔보다 못 한 최악의 호텔이라고 부를만 하다.

청결100, 침구100, 서비스100 연휴 여행 시작에 군산 잠시 거치느라 예약했는데 매우 만족했습니다. 어린아이 2명 추가로 예약했더니 침대도 벽쪽으로 붙여주시고 토퍼도 추가해주셔서 배려에 놀랐습니다. 건물 자체 주차공간은 부족해보이나 근처에 주차할 곳은 많아 전혀 불편하지 않아요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

일하시는분들이 친절 하십니다. 침구도 깨끗하고요. 다만 전체적으로 관리가 되지 않은 모습이였어요. 외벽타일뜯김, 주차공간협소(자리가 있어도 막아놓음),로비바닥타일밟으면 부서질 것 같음, 에어컨동작안함, 화장실 배수구 한개 등... 주차장입구에 붙어있는 글귀가 아침에 일어나서 이해되는 곳 입니다ㅎ
