The room was in dyer need of repairs the beds moved/slid when you tried to sit on them very uncomfortable to sleep on as well. The baseboards were coming off the walls. Their were bugs crawling on the bathroom walls. The room maids didn't replenish our bath towels and wash clothes. The service sucked. The mini fridge didn't even have a freezer for frozen foods. Just over all a bad stay in a bad room definitely wont go back to this hotel again.

Gatlinburg Getaway in May

Our room was nice. The location was great, fairly centrally located to most everything in town. The outside flame pit was really cool. We would rent again in the future. We didn't rate the eco-friendly question because it makes no sense as to sway our opinion one way or another. The parking lot is a little cramped in places, needs a tad more room. Overall probably 8.0 out of 10

Awesome hotel, and awesome price.

Hotel was cheap and basic, exactly what I wanted. Cheapest hotel in Gatlinburg and it is super clean and updated and everything works. I will be staying here in Gatlinburg from here on out.

Great location

On the positives, the location is excellent for the main drag in Gatlinburg. The guy on reception was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was fine. On the downside, the property is very tired and in need of an upgrade.

Smokys day trip

One day visit to the mountains so early check in online saved time, foom was clean and stocked mattress seemed worn or possibly broke down but was able to sleep on it. Fro t desk personal nice and friendly. A good stay was enjoyed by us.

Overall nice stay

Everything was great, the location was great, everything was clean, plenty of hot water, but the bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. The balconies and seating were nice to enjoy the weather and surrounding mountains. No smell of weed, like there seems to be literally everywhere else.
