Great location, however there was a terrible musty smell in the community room, which happens to be the first room when you walk in from the parking lot. I opened the windows to both our room and the community room for some fresh air, after 2 days it was somewhat better! From what I could tell, in the day this was quite the place to be. but it lacks up-keep! Like fresh paint, up-keep in the gardens and parking lot too! The breakfast was OK, nothing compared to a B&B standard!! I feel for w

The B&B property was lovely, and we enjoyed our suite on the top floor. We had a lake view from our room, the dining room, and the deck. Check in and out was easy, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and accommodated our breakfast options for a food allergy.

The room was musty and dusty behind the furniture. There was a stool for the very tall bed, but it was rickety. I thought walking along the rock wall at the harbor was less threatening than this bedside stool. The staff was very nice and friendly, I must say this. However, I would not stay again. There was fresh fruit at breakfast, but the cooking is only adequate. They do not have a good cook making the hot food. There are no fluffs or frills either.
