I arrived late in the evening after a long journey and was placed in room 216. After settling into the room, I found the total did not have running water (it appeared that the faucet feed was removed). Recognizing that it was late and that I had no interest in changing rooms, I used the trash can to feed water into the tank in order to flush. Upon checking out early the next morning, the front desk representative stated "wow...that room has been blocked for guests, you should not have been put in that room." I left my number for the manager to call me, but after a week, received no response. I called again and was told the manager would be back in the office on Monday and would call me. After not receiving a call, I called Monday afternoon and was told "nothing could be done because it was an Expedia reservation" and that "there isn't anything wrong with the room." I'm sure the hotel is fine overall, but this lack luster reaction is something to be mindful of.
