Room needs a lil TLC but had everything we needed the pool and hot tub were great! Beach access was perfect and guest even left grill for others to use. Staff was friendly and gave us everything we needed!

I was excited about going on vacation at Bermuda Sands at Myrtle Beach until I got there. Staff was rude and unpleasant. When we needed towels, we were told we had to come get them. The a/c leaked all over the floor inside and outside on the balcony. There was no smoke alarms. They had there parking scattered all over the place. I will never go back there or Myrtle Beach. It wasn't what I hoped to be.

The hotel is run down, had blood stain on pillow cases and comforters. The overall hotel is run down. The location is excellent and the staff are great. If they would make updates to the facility it would be a great place to stay. If you don’t mind run down building it’s ok for the price!

All smoking room Hotel

This is an all smoking room hotel. Didn't realize it until it took me about 45 minutes on the phone with my agent who booked the room. He booked a smoking room for me and my wife we had no ashtray so I assume it's a non smoking room. I called the office to see why there were no ashtray and she said the agent didn't book a smoking room and that if I call my agent and have them to call the office that she could straighten it out, so I called my agent. Come to find out after my call to the agent, he called the office and the lady told him that they are all smoking rooms. I then called back to the office and she then asked me to come to the office to get an ashtray. I'm not sure if I would recommend this hotel to nonsmokers lol

Disappointing Stay at Bermuda Sands

I had a very disappointing experience at Bermuda Sands. I reserved a room with a double bed, but upon check-in, I was given a single bed room instead. When I requested to change it, the staff refused to accommodate my request. Additionally, the room was not clean and looked nothing like the pictures online. The customer service was poor, and there was loud music that made it hard to relax. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
