The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was the best part of our stay. However, the hotel is overpriced for the quality it offers. The property is quite old and in need of significant renovation. Our room was poorly maintained. Also, the ceiling had a hole, and the overall condition felt worn and outdated. The bed was also very uncomfortable, with a terrible mattress that made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The rooms need to be updated and better maintained to justify the price.

Great place to stay. Rooms are good size with sitting area full size fridge, microwave, & coffee pot. the inn is located 100 yards from Main St. which is great for exploring downtown shops & dining. The inn is also about 1/2 mile from Surf Drive Beach. Highly recommend.
