There was mold behind the shampoo/conditioner bottles, and the shower curtain was dirty and smelled very strongly of mildew. Also we asked for towels and toilet paper 2 separate times and they said they’d come to our room and they never did😕

Overall nice hotel, however for the price I expected better. Beds were not comfortable at all. Abbreviated maid service was an issue. The balcony was sandy, the humidity left the floor/feet damp so every time we went out there, we tracked sand in which ended up on beds, one of which was changed once in the 5 days, the other not at all. That said, the room was a neat set up with bathroom in middle, dividing the space into two bedroom areas. The pool was beautiful as was outdoor area with fire pits. Beach beautiful but bring your own chairs unless you want to rent 2 for $60/day. You will also be charged for parking; started to feel a bit "nickel & dimed'. Breakfast was very nice. We did not eat at the onsite restaurants, menu did not appeal to us. I liked the hotel but am uncertain if I would stay again.

This place was awesome. We only stayed one night on a trip from Florida back to Texas, but have plans to go back. The kids loved the pool, the proximity to the quiete white sand beach and my wife and I love that we didn’t have to leave the property. It had two good restaurants and a dessert shop.
