The first room they gave me smelled very bad of cigarettes. Luckily they had one room left to switch me to. I don't think the hotel is that old but the room seemed kinda damaged (surfaces scuffed up, holes in them, etc) which indicates cheap furnishings. Loudest ac I've ever had at a hotel. Pool got closed because someone defacated in it but they also closed the hot tub which wasn't connected which was annoying cause I was planning to use it after hiking all day. They wouldn't let anyone use the hot tub because they "couldn't watch" and make sure people didn't go in the pool even though the pool had a cover on it. Breakfast was ok, same as any other hotel breakfast, not a "buffet" as they advertise. They didn't tell me they were charging an additional $20/day for parking until I got the bill on my check out email (what a rip off since everyone pretty much is driving there, feels like nickel and diming). Rooms were not very sound proof. I heard kids crying and people talking my whole stay. You are paying for the location but the hotel quality is not worth $350/night. Wish I stayed at a cheaper place but I sprang for this cause it had the best reviews.

Great hotel. Only complaint was when we checked in we were told to let them know if our room smelled but sorry if it did because they were sold out. Not comforting way to check in. Ended up being fine but didn't like that welcome to hotel.

Very nice place to stay in Spingdale. Room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was self serve and had everything you could want. Hotel is located in center of town and easy for everything.

Booked a king room ... was told none available 5 minutes after booking and arriving. Was told only double queen with no apologies.. no discounts.. no anything.. Shower was scalding hot or freezing cold. No in between. Beds were rock hard and again... not a King bed as booked. Subpar.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel mit guter Lage, um den Zion NP zu besuchen, aber unser Zimmer war in einem derart schlechten Zustand, dass wir uns mehrfach mit dem Management des Hotels auseinander setzen mussten. Die Schlafcoach war so verdreckt, dass sie faktisch unbenutzbar war, die Klimaanlage des Schlafraums stank dermaßen, dass wir sie sofort wieder ausgeschaltet haben und im Prinzip war fast alles in diesem Zimmer entweder beschädigt oder verschmutzt! Das einzige was uns allerdings erst nach der ersten Nacht in dem schmutzigen und abgewohnten Zimmer angeboten wurde, war ein Zimmerwechsel. Als Krönung des Ganzen wurde dann behauptet wir hätten das Reinigungspersonal weg geschickt, so dass unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt werden konnte. Genau dies wurde dann auch so gegenüber Hotels.com weitergegeben, so dass wir bei einem Zimmerpreis von über 500€ pro Nacht lediglich einen 10% Gutschein als Entschädigung erhalten werden. Sollte euch Zimmer 61 angeboten werden, lehnt es unbedingt ab. Es gibt in Springdale genug Alternativen!

Our stay at SpringHill Suites in Zions was excellent. All the service personnel were great and provided great tips and information on getting around. The rooms were clean and the lobby was a great place to hang out with a pool table and shuffleboard.

The room was amazing, exactly what we were looking for. Comfy beds, great day bed with some nice separation, and the views were outstanding! Andra at the front desk was beyond amazing! Very convenient shuttle and walking to Zion, shopping, and restaurants

We had a great stay here! The property was gorgeous and in such a convenient location. The Springdale city shuttle stops right out front, making navigation to Zion quick and efficient. Although there is a $20/day charge for parking, it appears you’d have to pay anywhere else too—even in March, Zion was a busy place! We enjoyed driving the Mount Carmel tunnel road as well as exploring the park, and this location couldn’t have been any better. All the shops and restaurants are walkable, and the environment was well kept and safe. Our suite was huge, and a wonderful place for our family to relax between visiting the parks. I would absolutely stay here again.
