I usually give a really good rating, but the PM Shift Lady had a very Nasty Attitude. No Smile, No Positive Energy, Just Very Very Rude. She even got Upset when I was asking her a simple Question about my Room. I came to spend a Beautiful Peaceful Night with my Fiancé just after a Very Long Week of Work Looking for a Way to Escape the Negativity just to be Mistreated by a Receptionist. I’m not sure if she was upset about having to check me in, but she couldn’t even greet me. She looked like she was completely annoyed.
The drink vendor machine was also acting up. My Fiancé had put enough money to at least get 2 water bottles. But it only gave us 1 bottle. When he was asking for help, they hesitated and didn’t believe he put enough money for my water bottle. It was already too late to go to the grocery store, that’s why I asked him to get it from the Vendor Machine, but we ended up having to share then stay dehydrated for the rest of the night. Beautiful Hotel, but Nasty Hospitality, a messed up Vendor Machine and no type of trust. He even ask the employees to check the camera, which they said they didn’t have Access.
