Not going to lie, I was afraid to stay here from all of the rumors I’ve heard. BUT!! It was seriously amazing. Staff was the friendliest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It was clean and quiet. Very pet friendly if you pay the additional fee, but the hallways and stairwells smell horrid (like rotten, fetid garbage and old fried food), the walls are thin so guests hear every person walking by the door, and we were greeted by a pubic hair in the bathtub upon arrival to our room.

I've stayed in Extended Stay America rooms before and was very pleased. In this case, it was not quite as clean and some things didn't work well, like the lock on the door (both the key to get in and the deadbolt from the inside, which didn't work at all). Drains in the bathroom were dirty and uncovered. The floor didn't seem clean (kept my shoes on the whole time). It just felt like there was a lower standard of cleanliness and maintenance than with other locations of this same brand. Bed was good and the location was just right for me.
