I’ll start by saying staff was great, only issue were that the lobby smelled they no air circulation in lobby. Stairwells smelled bad. My room had an old smell to it, I had to buy things for my stay. I bought candles, bathroom rugs sanitizing wipes and air fresheners. And I know you guys have to make your money, but you guys should be mindful to who you rent to. 3 out of 5

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room floors were dirty and sticky, had to have shoes on at all times. The shower and bathroom (except the floor) were clean and had excellent water pressure. You got one towel and bath cloth each, no hand towel, and one floor towel.The bed was a queen and one half was decent and the other was worn out. It did have a large refrigerator and sink in the kitchen. The tv has spots in it where someone had hit it (or whatever) and permanent spots were across the screen (light dots). Husband and I agreed that this should have been a cheaper stay.

Very difficult location to get in and out of. The building is dirty and not well maintained at all. One key did not work which we did not realize until one of us stepped outside and couldn't get back in. The smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a no smoking facility, lingered throughout the building. Zero amenities, not even an ice machine, doors that required a linebacker to open and close. The one positive: the staff. The staff was very good, doing the best they can with a sub-standard property. I give the staff five stars.

It was a good place for our budget to stay overnight while traveling along the coast. The front desk lady was nice and she shared the information about the nearest beach that was just 5 minutes away and was not crowded. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable. It smelled a little in the room because of the humidity but other than that there were no major issues.

Night manager was very helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and adequate. Not as pet friendly as advertised deposit was overpriced which is the only reason I'll find other accomodations. If my dogs weren't part of the equation this would be a very nice place to say

Top Notch Hospitality

Just the friendliest staff working at this location. I'm floored by it honestly. I've stayed in luxury hotels before but never have seen the customer service that was shown in this hotel. The rooms are older and dated. The tub leaked, the lights flickered, the room smelled moldy and the stove kind of sucked, but I still give them 5 stars because of how they made me feel. I would definitely stay here again

2 of 3 bulbs were out in the bathroom. The TV did not work. The people abpve me stomped on the floor alot. People were yelling and having arguments in the hallway every night. The pilllows smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower did not have great water flow and flowed mostly out of the faucet instead of the shower head. The drain kept closing so the tub filled up each time I showered. I will pay more next visit and never stay in a place like that again. I did not feel safe.

The floor was filthy but everything else was clean. 4 person family staying which means 4 towels and 4 wash cloths needed. Had to argue with the man at the desk just to get a towel and wash cloth for each of us. Otherwise though it was good enough for the cost of the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The sparsely furnished room was actually perfectly convenient except for the desperate need for a bedside lamp. And bless these folk for the absence of carpet. The floors are easier to keep ACTUALLY clean. Carpet just hides dirt and decaying material. At Extended Stay you get what you pay for. The rates are excellent and you get a clean room and place to sleep and shower. That is what I want and just what I get. I am completely satisfied with my stay and would return.
