The entire place smelled of smoke with tons of perfume sprayed over it to try to disguise it. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower, as well as hair on the bottom of the shower.

I booked a room through you with 2 queen beds as I was picking up a buddy at the airport at 11:00 PM and flying out at 8:00 AM the next morning. When I arrived at the hotel they did not have a room with 2 beds available. Very unprofessional booking, totally unsatisfied.

Dreary, cheap experience. It's not the bargain that it seems. Room was clean but very dated and bare. Hallways were dirty, carpet sticky and and the whole place smelled of mildew. The whole property is run down. On the brighter side, front desk personnel were competent, pleasent, helpful.

The parking lot has prostitutes and shady people, and it smells like urine at the main entrance. Upon entering my room, it smelled like fresh paint. Very strong. I noticed a repair list on the counter. Seems like this unit was in the middle of a repair. I requested another room but was told they all have that smell. The bed sheets and floor were embedded and covered in long strands of hair. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the units surrounding you and people outside arguing in the middle of the night. I will be sure to read the reviews before I book last minute again.

The room was nice. The location was the problem. We were the 1 st room after the laundry room & everyone smoked outside of our window. The voices & machines were a lot, so we slept with the TV on to drown out the noises. In the parking lot we were approached for money by other residents. We wanted the closest hotel to the airport because we had an early flight.

The young man who checked me in was very pleasant but not very helpful. It was raining and clearly I had my hands full of luggage and was exhausted. He handed me a mirror tag to place in my car to verify it was allowed to park there. He seemed annoyed when I told him to watch my bags as I wasn't dragging it all out again into the rain. The room was nasty with filth behind the table and dresser, the cabinets were sticky with grease. There were no utensils or amenities to use the kitchen and why 2 microwaves? One was a huge countertop model that took up almost the entire table (about the size of a card table). I put it on the floor. Then a strange, large bug crawled across the floor. That did me in. I stayed up all night and was relieved to leave so early to get to the airport. Never again.

Room was clean.! However, there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom.! No phone in the room to call office.! Office was closed. The only thing that stood out was the entry and registration process.! No deposit was required.! The room has a kitchenette.! Lower level was not available even though the building was empty?
