Pictures are deceiving. This room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was stained and dirty. The room’s kitchen area was was gross. When we woke up in the morning there were multiple cockroaches in a pastry box. Completely dissatisfied and disgusting.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had they did not stay in there office I ask for mor towels and they said they did not have laundry on site. It was not very safe there.

Do not stay here

There was no trash can in room. Dog scratches on door. Only offered two towels and two wash rags. No exchange on those nor on linens. Had to walk down the trash accumulated from my week stay around back to dumpster. No maids for room service. Roaches. And was charged a $100 deposit on top of the $500 something I paid. FOR WHAT?!!!!! This place is awful. Won’t stay here again and do not recommend to anyone. If I don’t get my deposit back, this review will be worst with lawyers involved

Ok for a few hours sleep and an early flight..

I checked in just a little after 10pm. I had to use a filthy phone on the wall to call someone, I waited. The gentleman that helped me was super friendly. Got to our room and smelled of cigarette smoke and had to go back and ask for another room. The next room as nice. The hallways are filthy, the walls in the hallway are filthy, the elevators are questionable and worrisome. It seemed more of a place that provided long term housing as the room as had full kitchens in them. The environment of this hotel was very sketchy and concerning.

Hotel ajeitado por fora, sujo e fedorento por dentro. Pior experiência que já tive, já na chegada fedia a xixi de gato logo depois de passar a recepção. Recepção so abre sabado depois das 10am O tal café da manhã não existia. Tapetes dos corredores sujos e fedorentos, com lixo espalhado. A impressão é que ninguém faz uma limpeza descente nunca. Só tapeiam Já fiquei em outros da rede e eram super bons, bem cuidados, esse um horror.

Worst HOTEL Experience !

The place was FILTHY , no smoking signs everywhere but it smelled like cigarettes everywhere. Roaches in every room that was offered. They are also stern on no refunds all hotels.com could do is give 25$ for another hotel visit.

Dirty full of bugs in the worst smelling hotel.

Cockroaches and more cockroaches and more cockroaches. The worse smelling hotel ever. All the staff was well aware of the poor conditions. The staff was aware of the hotel we changed to in the middle of the night of how poor the first hotel. It was awful experience and Extended America Stays, is a step up be for the homeless, not for anyone on vacation.

Worst hotel

This hotel is nasty. First off I booked weeks in advance. Get to the property it looks nothing like the photos. When checking in, I’m told the only room we have for you is on the 4th floor and the elevators are broken. I get to my floor the hall carpets look like someone’s dog had bladder issues. There was blood on the stairwell walls. The hall walls were super dirty. Get to the room, tv doesn’t work, Go to lay on the bed and about broke my back the mattress was so hard. The walls are paper thin to the point I could hear the people next to me pee. I do not recommend. Also this is an extended stay, never have I been charged for utensils or if you even attempted to make a call on the phone it’s a dollar.

The actual property is not even close to the pictures on the website. There is not a lobby but a small area with a counter where a not so friendly agent does the check in process. There is a door separating this small area from the rest of the hotel which raises a red flag for the safety in the area. They ask for a $100 deposit, which was not mention during the reservation process and some people had to leave for not having the extra money. My room was outdated, with broken furniture and a clogged toilet. I also saw small roaches in the bathroom. I asked the front desk to switch rooms and when they gave the keys to the new room, the keys did not work. They had to reprogram the key twice and still nothing. I finally decided to leave. There was not way I would spend a night in such horrible place. This hotel looks like a horror movie where a murder is about to happen at any minute. When I told the front desk lady about the roaches she said "well this is Florida". I used lived in Florida for more than 20 years and have never seen a hotel this bad. This property chain should be assamed of this location! I understand that this is a low budget hotel but cleanliness is the least you would expect. I was in town for a bussiness meeting and needed a place just to spend the night, but after this experience, next time I just rather drive the 7 hours back home, or I would spend the night in my car on a rest area. Please avoid this place my all means! What a such depressing place!

We went to have a late check in at this hotel and the front desk was closed. You could hear and see people, but they refused to check you in the smell of pot was overwhelming. When they finally did answer, they told us the elevator was broken and we would be on the fourth floor. Needless to say, we walked out the door.
