No Frills But Will Stay Again

Hotel was nice. No frills. Theres no breakfast or room service. But thrre is a kitchenette and refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly at check in. And it was quiet snd easy to find.

I know it is an extended stay hotel but to me the area was not well populated. It is not somewhere I would stay if traveling alone. We we're sent to this hotel when Expedia overbooked our original hotel .

Friendly staff but just okay facility

The staff was very friendly. The other guests were very loud all hours. Our beds were very uncomfortable and the room exterior wall and ceiling had water damage and paint flaking off.

Overall for the money it was nice and clean. However it only had a full size bed with springs in the mattress. Not comfortable and very noisy when you move.

The room was smaller then I expected, the bed was very uncomfortable, didn't get much sleep, I could hear everything going on around me in the middle of the night, the shower head was away from the wall, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the wall unit kept me up also because it beeped when it would turn on, and I had to flip the breaker on twice for the bathroom lights

The TV that’s in the room had a different controller for it. The bag kept sliding off the frame and poor customer service skills. There is no way at the front desk when I called HR still took them 20 minutes after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes for somebody to come assist me

I didn't stay last night bec they said when I booked the rooms with you . They didn't have the 2 double rooms I requested, at all they had was 1 single room. I called before I went to go check in because it was a late check in. The front desk said they never had the 2 double bed rooms from the beginning. You guy's said they did. They charged twice. I had already paid with Expedia but still had to pay more once I got there, so the price displayed is not correct. The staff was rude. They got mad at us for laughing at the elevators accusing us of sneaking people in when we clearly told the front desk how many people we had, along with the reservation with Expedia. One of our rooms didn’t have any type of water pressure to take a shower & the hot water on the sink was a trickle. The beds were dirty, you could literally see the dirt & nasty stains. Do yourself the favor & just spend a little bit more on a better hotel. Will never be returning here again.
