Keys kept deactivating I booked and payed for my room at about 4 PM went to check in about 6 PM then get checked in till eight because hotel.com coupons and discounts was it aligning up with the hotel price cleanliness of the room one out of 10 bathroom sink kept stopping up. We were on a no smoking floor and it smell like weed the whole entire time that’s all the same dirt on the floor for two days in the hallway getting off the elevator coming down the hall neighbors, two doors down you can hear the children and the mom cursing and screaming at them all day and all night.

Ive stayed at this property before and decided to stay again recently. Big mistake. Front desk never has towels( I usually bring my own as I should’ve ) and my room was noisy. I liked hotel better when it was Extended Stay. It was ran better and more professionally. I won’t be staying at this property again. I left very disappointed :-(

I came on late. about 11:30 PM. There was NO STAFF. No way to check in at all. A guy in the lobby had locked himself out of his room and his meds inside and had been there an hour and a half and could get NO ONE to let him back in. My money needs to be refunded. I called the Hotel Night support line (on a paper notice taped to wall) Twice no answer, left messages and my number, never a call back or live person.

We had to change rooms bc it was not clean. Then the “new room” was just as filthy. There was hair and nasty stuff all over the beds. Toilet didn’t flush. The smell was horrible.
