My room was filled with roaches, the window was cracked and the heat was off. We couldn’t get a key made which wasn’t a big deal, but the fact the attendant came in our room and saw the roaches but just walked out is sick. Guests smoking weed all throughout the hallways.

I purchased my room and showed up a few hours later and there was NO ONE at the desk to check me in. Instructions said to dial 500 from the lobby phone, which I did, and was told that I was a "no show" for arriving so late, which was just a few hours after I bought the room. They would do nothing for me and I had to raise a great deal of noise with Hotels.com to ensure I got a refund. I went to another hotel nearby, NOT through Hotels.com, and got a room with no hassle at all. I would not recommend this crappy property and their non-existent guest support under any circumstances. No matter the attractive rate, it is not worth the risk. Stay somewhere else!

The hotel is infested with cockroaches. The elevator is expired for its inspection date. The staff are unwilling to address any problems or help. When you ask them about the roaches, they yell at you and threaten to call the police! They told me I’m never welcome back because I complained.

The floor was so sticky my shoes made noise with every step. There was black mold in two places in the bathroom Bugs, Bugs everywhere! I killed 3 live ones that I saw. The room was not merely dirty-it was filthy. I spent two hours trying to the internet to work for a meeting I had. Went to a coffee shop to get on line. Fridgerator had huge visibole stains ion the outside. Worse room I have ever stayed in> I took pictures with my phone. I WILL NEVER STAY IN AN EXTENDED STAY AMERICA AGAIN. Feel feree to contact me if you want me to send the pictures or you have any questions. I switched from Choice Hotels app and went back to Hotel for my bookings.

Absolutely disgusting, just needed a place to sleep, wasn’t paying attention, thought double beds meant 2, ok my fault, but the one little full size bed had all sorts of stains, so I pulled the blanket off, just to find blood stains in the sheets, great but we were starving and exhausted so I started looking up food places for a few and my kid started screaming bc a crew of cockroaches were crawling on the floor next to the bed, right by where our bags were. That was it. Luckily the guy working was understanding and refunded my money, but really not fun to try and find another place and then dinner w a kid when you’re already exhausted… really would never consider this place ever nor suggest anyone else to. Also, did not even have a bar of handsoap which is disgusting as well.

​This hotel is infested with cockroaches. Throughout my week-long stay, I discovered that if you turn off all the lights, you will wake up with bites all over your body. ​I reported the bugs to the front desk after the first night and was told my room would be sprayed on Wednesday. Nobody ever came to spray the room, and the staff seemed unconcerned. They also refused to provide trash bags, telling me I had to buy my own. I saw other guests carrying their trash to the dumpster without bags. I believe the staff's decision not to treat my room was a way of keeping the roaches out of their own living spaces. ​The hotel claims to be pet-friendly, but the grounds are unusable. The grass is completely covered in dog feces, leaving no clean place for a dog to relieve itself. The number of large, uncontrolled pit bull mixes on the property is also concerning, even for someone who loves the breed. This review is a completely factual account of my experience. I would also like to add if you do to choose to stay in the roach hotel be prepared a staff member May cop knock on your door at any given time and call you a liar good luck KD

Unsafe and Not as Advertised.

Honestly, I would like to request a refund. I arrived at the place, and immediately checked-out. The advertised laundry facility was "shut down," and no reason was given. My room key didn't work. As I walked down towards my room, the hall was full of noise from people who were blasting loud music with their doors wide open. The parking lot was full of suspicious people coming and going and the place not only seemed uncomfortable and not as advertised, it also seemed unsafe. So, I left. Honestly, I'd love a refund, since I didn't actually stay there and paid for the travel insurance. Otherwise, I probably won't use Hotels.com again. I travel quite a bit for work, and this is the only time I have ever immediately checked-out of a hotel.
