DO NOT GO HERE!! When I arrived I was given a room on the 4th floor. As I walked away and asked for the elevator and it wasn’t not working. I was then given a room on the 2nd floor. When I got to that room the AC was not working and the room dirty smelled mold. I walked out and asked for a refund and then was told I had to call the manager on Monday to ask for one.

Clean room, though the shower drain needs a look in the bathroom. Water was filling tub for potentially drain clog. Microwave light is on (couldn’t turn off). Microwave makes noise when the door to it is closed. Good atmosphere. Had concern with Entrance door to room 208 wher it seems to be chipped along side where it's locks

HORRIBLE… Employees & “I guess their friends it looked like” were smoking weed on the elevator and thought it was funny. They/it reeked of weed… The floor they put us on smelled like it as well but not near as bad. The janitor guy was rude and unprofessional and was slinging stuff around and when I asked where the bathroom was he rolled his eyes and pointed… Very unprofessional, I can’t believe they let this go on in a hotel in Tyler. My husband and I had our children with us… I will never stay here again…. Not to mention it seemed like they were only at the front office area when they wanted to be. I’m not the one that usually writes reviews like this but this is absolutely ridiculous. I wanted my money back but they told me I had to go through where I booked it at. DO NOT STAY HERE….

Friendly staff but facility’s outdated needs upgraded with a pool an exercise equipment a breakfast. As well as free WiFi I have never been to a motel where you take out your own trash a pay for your WiFi!!! Other than that it’s a good place.
