Upon entering the hotel a strong smell of cigarette smoke filled the air. Upon entering the room a musty smell. The toilet constantly leaking. The refrigerator did work. But if you want to cook something better being your own pots, pans and utensils. The front desk does have them for sale. If your key doesn't work after 11 pm, no one is at the front desk to assist. The only items for use in the room is two bars of soap and two cups. They only replace towels after you have checked out. This hotel reminded me of a highrise motel 6. There will be no more stays at this brand of hotel for me, I would have to be in desperate need to stay at this brand. The staff was grouchy. I asked they cleaning lady for towels and she tried to give me a roll of toilet paper. When I told her no, that's when she understood and handed me the towels.
