Not happy

I was called 1 hour before check in and told that my reservation was no good. That there was no room available. And that my reservation did not mean I had a room. I was upset and hung up then I was called back saying they found me a room. But it was not the same room. Also. The room was NOT good. Broken dresser drawer. Pillows with no pillow cases on them and were just left laying in the middle of the bed. Like the cleaners just stopped working and walked out before they finished the room.

I reported this bit they already knew about it. Just didn’t fix it

I booked this room for a friend and they had to stay somewhere else. Said the room was deceiving from the pics online. Bed bugs and wreaked of cigarette smoke so bad they couldn’t tolerate it.

I had a leak, water flowing my bathroom into my room and into the hall. When reported, the manager did not adrress the active leak until the next day. I report the water wetting the floor in my room and the hallway and I was told that it was coming from another room. I had to endure the the smell of urine and feces while it took several days to fix the problem. The water was found to coming from my bathroom as I reported it. The room had a kitchenette and I brought a few personal dishes with me. The repair man came while I was at work, when I returned to my room, I found my bowl removed from the kitchen counter where I left it and in the bathroom on the tub. I beleive the repair used by personal eating bowl to dip tiolet water. I reported this to the female desk staff working that night, she discounted my concerns about professional unsanitary act. I disposed of the bowl. Had he returned the bowl to the kitchen counter, I could have possibly gotten sick..... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

There were no doggie poop bags outside the premises. My room was dirty. There was a wad of dust and hair under the bed. The floor boards were broken and kept rising up as you walked within the room. Additionally the stove was greedy and dirty. Not cleaned

This hotel was HORRIBLE and it smells disgusting. I always like to try new hotels when I go out for vacation but to this one I won't ever go back never even if it's Free!! Rooms looks NOTHING like the pictures.
