Really bad
We reserved and paid for the King Premium room with jacuzzi tub and had the printed confirmation...We got a tiny room with 2 doubles and no jacuzzi tub. The front desk blamed Hotels.com for the mistake and gave us the tiniest of discounts that did not come close to making up for it. This alone ruined our stay as we are a couple. We also felt we might have been discriminated against but have no proof of that. The tiny room was not very clean. Long hairs left in the tub and toilet seat not cleaned. Also lost power in our room that took a while to get fixed but the lady was nice about it. I recommend any place else but if you have to stay here, call ahead and reconfirm your room type and get a name, as your printed confirmation, is not enough.
