Got in around midnight and I had paid everything online and when I got the window took someone 20 minutes to come to the door. The man asked me do you have any pets and I said yes he said 15 per pet I told him I already paid on line and I don’t under stand what is going on and then I also asked him why wasn’t there any water in there pool can’t use the pool big picture of it on the hotel.com before I could say anything else he threw my license and credit card at me and started screaming cancel cancel and slammed his little door

I booked this property on expedia and I got a call the day that I was to arrive that "they did not have rooms for me". Expedia had already charged me and he said I had to contact Expedia for a refund. What a hassle that was. Makes you think twice about using expedia.

Got in at 7:30 boat met us at door just was using lobby as there family room. Sofa was very old not like clean like photos. Lobby smelt of incence. I walked in she asked if I wanted to see room. Okay very basic table 2 chairs and bed 2 mall bath towels not refreshed during day
We stared 2 days 2nd day after a long days this was our bed

I liked the laid back atmosphere, locals or regulars grilling outside their rooms. The hostess was super friendly and called everybody "Mama".

Check in hours inaccurate. Office closes at 9, not 11…I had to beg for them to stay open 45 minutes. Loud flooring construction still going on at 1030pm. Shower spits water in all directions. Many items broken or not maintained.

Fabulous family business! The motel is quaint and nostalgic. For its price, it is a great location! It reminds me of traveling when I was young! They are doing some upgrades, so this is a great travel stopover.
