Overall good!

Beautiful hotel and great location. This is a hotel that asks for $200 security deposit (just a heads up).

I love this hotel, it’s in my top five hotels to stay in. So glad the staff were accommodating and I had the best view.

Good location able to walk easy enough to different spots . Easy check in. Used there hotel parking and had great service also. Rooms are rustic and very comfortable.

The RL is home away from home in the city. Friendly and helpful staff, great location. CLEAN!! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It was clean and affordable. Our only complaint is that our television remote did not work and the front desk associate could have been more friendly.

Thanks to daytime front desk staff!

The service from the daytime front desk staff was really great! The woman at the front desk and the gentleman supporting an issue I had with my card were really friendly. I appreciated their help with me staying in the same room for my second reservation. I'll keep this hotel in mind next time I'm in the area!

Enjoyable

Everything was great except our room did not have a fridge which meant our leftovers from dinner ended up going bad. The staff were wonderful though and we enjoyed the room and location.

Weekend Trip

The Hotel was an unexpectedly pleasant place to stay in Baltimore. The room was very spacious. Disappointing there was no daily room cleaning services available. Was able to ask for extra towels without a problem at check-in. Staff were outstanding. Great Experience. Would stay again.

4/10 Fair

We like location . Close to the Harbor. We didn’t like a noise during the night on the fourth floor where we stayed. We couldn’t rest until 3am . Not a good isolation between rooms .

This hotel is not worth the price I paid!! One of the worse hotels I've stayed at that seems to be a ghost town. Between the quality of the hotel, location of the hotel and the overall experience, I would never stay here again.
jermayne, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Other than the $200 security deposit, one ice machine in entire hotel being in a creepy basement and out of service, $36 valet, no free breakfast, and not so pleasant staff, the room was super nice and clean, a great view of the city, and the bed was comfortable as ever!
Angelina, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was really noisy and very bright even at night the street lights shone in the room. The elevators weren't working properly so we usually had to take the stairs even with luggage. The staff was very nice.
Dena, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is the worest place, the frontdesk personnel took more than 1hr to check-in, finally i canceled and check-in to another hotel
samson, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was good and so was the space, but I wish there was a working desk and a chair that. The lobby and the hallways looked run down and so dirty!! It felt sketchy at first. I would not recommend anyone, however I liked the bathroom facilities.
Archana, 4-night trip

Not as good as use to be...

We stayed in this hotel in July 2018 and really liked it so thought we would go back. Lets just say covid put a huge hit on this hotel. No restaurant inside or room service only a coffee machine and no daily housekeeping. The staff is very friendly and nice but I dont think we will come back. The room was chilly at times and could not do anything with the heat, stayed same temp even when adjusting temp.
Keith, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Choose the other 2 hotels less than 300 feet away

No hot on water No batteries in the remote No coffee maker No refrigerator No amenities No attendants in the lobby after 11pm THE Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed that was in a large downtown city.
Kelvin, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Bad place

The worst hotel stay ever. Check in at 3pm did not happen till after 4 no one was at the counter or cared. Doors lock at 11pm no card entry had to call a number and wait. No free breakfast all though the flyers on the counter said it was. This hotel is a bad joke. There is not a good thing about it.
Timothy D. Mallon Sr, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

There was never anyone at the “front desk”. Our room was never cleaned. I had to go through floors to find a cart with towels and was rags on it. Probably not enough staff, but thats not an excuse to not provide services i paid money for. Will not be staying here next year.
Zachary, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

King bed was comfortable and very modern bathroom with large shower stall. Bathroom door was frosted glass but very bright in room. No nightlight option. Room designed to sleep three but had only a single chair with small round table, both quite worn. Carpet worn. 4th floor room facing Redwood st..lacking sufficient soundproofing- street noise loud and persistent late into the night. Reasonable price but unlikely to stay there again.-
