Beautiful view, friendly staff, and good space

Initially we were surprised by the uniqueness of Swiss Alps Inn but came to love it. The view from our window was incredible, the ease of entry was really nice, and there was a good amount of space in the room. I was a little disappointed with how long it took to warm up in the room, but once it did warm up, it was almost too warm (which I like). We did not stay in the room much, but it was perfect for the short trip we had.

Although my ratings are not all excellent, this is a good price for the area. It’s an older establishment that has been maintained well in order to keep the price down. There were a couple minor issues with the room amenities; bathroom heater, cold tile floor. Aside from that, everything else was great; location of the inn to local eateries and in general, great staff, easy check-in/out.

Cozy and Cute

This is a cute little motel. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The door had huge gaps along the bottom and the side. That made it very cold. We were able to block them off to warm up the room. There were a few stains on the curtains and the sheets. The sheets and linens were very clean. We found it to be a cute and cozy motel! We tried the Dairy Keen next door and it was terrible, unless you have young children, it was fun for them. The food was lousy.

Petit motel très mignon au centre ville d'Heber avec beaucoup doptions pour se restaurer. Nous avions 2 chambres séparées d'une porte alors que nous avions payé pour une chambre avec 2 lits double: nous avons été agréablement surpris. Les employés ne sont pas sur place en permanence mais arrivent rapidement lorsqu'il sont appelés. Parking devant la chambre.

Swiss Alps Inn is a small economical old-time roadside motel that is clean and convenient to Heber City activities, Red Ledges and just 20 minutes or so from Park City/Deer Valley. Our room was clean and everything worked. The desk clerk (I think also owner) was friendly and efficient. The price was low compared to other hotels/motels in the immediate area. Room 22 is a 2 BR - 1 bath room. It's a good choice if you want a little extra sleeping space or have kids.

The owners are genuine and kind. My family has allergies and often have problems with hotels to the extent that we can’t stay there. Our allergies did not bother us in the least while we were at the Swiss Alp Inn! I would recommend it to friends and family. We will definitely stay there when we visit Heber City again.
