DIT Majestic is the same level as the best resorts in Cancun and better than similar Hotels in Punta Cana. Great location, fantastic beach, Food quality is very good. The same is service. Rooms are spacious and well planned - convenient for relaxing stay.

Aivan mahtava paikka. Hotelli niin kun huoneet olivat siistit. Henkilökunta todella ystävällisiä. Ruoka oli hyvää ja täyttävää. Aika samanlaista ruokaa päivästä toiseen, mutta se ei haitannut mitään kun oli maittavaa. Välillä sattoi olla erilaisia teemoja esimerkiksi Bulgarian kansallisruokaa. Ainut huono puoli oli että altaat olivat kylmät. Kyllä siihen totti, saattoi välillä olla ihan virkistävää. Myös muut hotellin asiakkaat varasivat hetk paikat altaalla, joten altaalle ei edes päässyt joka päivä. Pitää olla aikaisin liikkeellä ja varata paikat jos haluaa paikan! Myös aamupalalle ja ruokailuun kannattaa lähteä ajoissa että saa hyvät paikat. Olimme viikon reissussa ja olemme todella tyytyväisiä ja varmasti palaamme tänne vielä uudestaan.

Great resort for family or a group of friends. Quick and efficient check in and out. Rooms were always clean and the overall ambience was excellent. The restaurant could do with a better menu in the evening but there is plenty of options to suit all tastes.

В ресторане разнообразное меню, единственный минус, на ужин полагается два напитка на человека, остальные платно. При бронировании попросила вид на море и нам предоставили его совершенно бесплатно. Вечером все дни кроме четверга мини диско для детей и шоу программа для взрослых)

Great Food, Comfortable Stay

The room is spacious and comfortabke. The view is impressive if you stay in sea-view room. The buffet is of high quality and there is vast selection. But the staff at reception are not friendly. They all look lethargic with no facial expression. Not all staff can speak English.

Majestically arrogant, yet old and inefficient

Check in: could not find my reservation. Kept asking me which tourist agency I'm with, kept asking for a voucher. They are not at all used to online bookings. I don't know how they treat people w "vouchers" but with me, the manager was looking at me with supreme arrogance. They condescended to try and register me while I was making a phone call to hotels.com. for that, they took my passport into a backroom and kept it there for at least 15minutes. This was NOT the case at the 1. Airport hotels (2) at the Sofia airport and 2. At the other Sunny Beach Hotel I eventually went to after this horrible experience, at the majestically arrogant yet inefficient DIT. While I was waiting without my passport, I heard other customers come up to the desk, complaining of a hair dryer that wasn't working BC it had pieces of plastic falling off it and another man was asking for the dinner that's supposed to be included and he wasn't getting it that day. Other than the EXCEPTIONALLY rude manager, my impression is that of a big, dated hotel who thinks they're the best thing in Sunny Beach and they definitely are not.

Otelin özellikle dışının bir bakıma, boyamaya ihtiyacı var. Bazı şeyleri iyileştirmeye çalıştıkları görülüyor ama biraz daha lazım. Otel denize sıfır, merkeze yürüyerek yaklaşık 20 dakika. Özellikle aileler için her açıdan uygun bir otel. Masa tenisi için daha iyi raketler, masa ve toplar alabilirler. 10 leva deposito mantıksız uygulamasından da vazgeçseler iyi olur. Başka bir çözüm bulsunlar. Nakit taşıma zorunluluğunu azaltacak çözüm bulmaları hem kendileri hem konuklar için iyi olur. Biraz daha ilgi ve çalışma ile çok favori ve aynı zamanda memnun olunan bir otel olabilirler. Belki biraz daha güleryüz de iyi olur :) Sonuç olarak, Haziran ayı başlarında ailecek yaptığımız tatilden memnunuz .

Lovely hotel. Rooms are very comfy & clean. We had a sea view & this is amazing. Close to everything in Sunny Beach but far away enough to not hear any noise. Food is a buffet with the best choices of food that I have ever come across - everyone would find something to suit them. My only criticism is the amount of food that guests take from the buffet. There was one family of three that emptied five bowls of fruit/the best part of a whole cake & much more stuff into rucksacks & beach bags every day. There was no-one checking that this was not happening. There were so many guests disgusted by this but there was no-one to report it to - we, and others, did look around to find a manager but could not find one.

A pleasant hotel which seems to be one of the best on Sunny Beach. However standards in Bulgaria perhaps not as high as some other parts of Europe. We had a lovely stay overall and saw no reason to complain. Staff can be a bit hit and miss but this is just the way Bulgaria as a while seemed to be.

Excellent but beach entrance needs security key

Excellent for a 4 star hotel. The half-board is an excellent choice and the food is of a good standard with lots of options. Only criticism is that the hotel security doesn't seem to be very good. Anyone can walk to the hotel from the beach entrance! It doesn't have a key card security system like many others have. It has a security card that is sitting on a chair and doesn't stop anyone coming to the hotel and to the swimming pools! I saw quite a few people just coming from the beach and go to the hotel swimming pools without being guests in the hotel and we struggled to get a place by the pool. This hotel needs to close that entrance from the beach, put a door with a card scanner that lets only guests to walk in to the hotel. Wi-Fi is very bad! The hotel needs to put very high speed internet connection! The only time to be on internet doing normal things, not streaming because it is impossible, is after 11:45 pm.
