This unit was advertised as a one bedroom but in fact was a studio apartment. There was only a curtain separating the sleeping area from the main part of the apartment. Several of the plugs did not work. Kitchen appliances were years out of date. Overall the apartment felt like someone had emptied out their dead Grandma's house of furniture and stored it in this unit

Fabulous seaviews

Amazing large apartment in the sixth floor of the Roca apartments Unbelievable views of the sea. Huge lounge lots of comfortable furniture. Very well equipped kitchen. Two lovely brigh bedrooms. I've a double ensuite and the second with two single beds and a pull out bed. Very very clean and so quiet. Minutes walk from the centre of Torremolinos.

Beautiful large apartment with great views . Nice communal pool but very busy ( many children as it was school holidays) . Only issue was one of the air conditioning units was not working and was reported but had still not been repaired before the end of our stay.

While the exterior is a little tired don’t be fooled! Our apartment was very clean fresh and had everything we needed. Every apartment has an ocean view. Note. ****There is an extra key for the gate that leads to a lift to take you to the beach. It is a gated community. Pool is huge and no problems getting a sun lounge bed!

Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. Bei Fragen zu Reinigung, Handtuchwechsel oder Reklamationen muss man sich aber an das Büro auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße wenden. The property is in an excellent location being convenient for both town and beach. The apartment is spacious enough for two and the one we had was pool facing. We paid for a standard apartment and were slightly disappointed not to have a balcony. The twin beds were very comfortable as were the sofas. The shower door is no longer and had been replaced with a shower curtain which clings at times and unless careful, can flood floor. Staff on reception were pleasant. Pool area had undergone path work recently and grass needs to grow back in places. Unfortunately, pool had quite a lot of dirt in it.

L emplacement, le balcon, les pièces,la vue. Toutefois le 105 aurait besoin d amour. Faire quelques réparations, boucher des trous dans le mur….plâtre, céramique, corriger l ouverture des portes, passage d air au dessus d une porte extérieure, grande vitre delà table à café cassée et coller avec du tape, vieux sofas non fonctionnels…difficile à relever, eau chaude trop bouillante et dangereuse, accessoire de cuisine vieillot et brisé.Mécanisme de la porte d entrée défectueux . Les decos devraient être changé….. C est un excellent endroit qui mériterait d être rafraichit et qui signalerait au voyageur que l hôte est heureux de l accueillir.
